I had a spirilla binding done at FedEx Office, and the service was excellent! They weren’t busy at the time, so they completed the binding while I waited. The staff was courteous, and the whole process was fast and easy. The finished binding was high quality, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely return for any future printing or binding projects!

This location goes above and beyond for its customers!! I'd like to give a special shout-out to Shimon - they were so incredibly helpful to me and my friend when we shipped several large boxes internationally. Not only did they support us in having the tools we needed to carry the boxes from our car to the store, but they went above and beyond to help us reinforce each individual box and share their knowledge about when and how to reinforce boxes. They are a superstar!! If I could leave more than 5 stars for their incredible customer service, knowledge, and kindness I absolutely would. Thank you!!!

The telephone system is a nightmare. You can’t just call and speak to a person at the store. FedEx has an awful and complicated phone system designed to prevent people from simply calling to ask a basic question to someone at their neighborhood location so they can conduct business. I’m trying to coordinate shipping but can’t get through the phone system to speak with anyone. What’s the point of a local store if you can’t get a hold of them to do business. Please get rid of that automated phone system and just have a real person at the location answer the phone so we can all work efficiently.

Just had the best packing and shipping experience at this location with a young lady whose name starts with an E (Ermelinda?). I shipped five large moving boxes and needed some other items professionally packed and she was SO kind! She walked me through everything, made sure I knew my options, and wished me the best with my big move. Customer service was 10/10!

I come in here often to print materials for work and the whole staff is very helpful! Luke is awesome and helped me troubleshoot a weird print job this morning and the final product looked great, made my boss really happy. Will continue to happily use this location for printing and copying.

I come here all the time for their Print and Go services. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are rarely ever lines. The machines always work. No complaints here. Glad we have a FedEx in the neighborhood!

I went in for some quick printing needs and was pleasantly surprised with how helpful the staff was! I tried using the self serve copier for some art I had made and the quality wasn’t what I wanted for a print. The staff was happy to help and gave a couple options and was able to print it in a way better quality that looked great! The staff member was even nice enough to refund me the difference for the copier prints! All in all great experience especially for being so close to Christmas.

This FedEx location in Sellwood is on the smaller side. They have one 'print and go' machine. I did not interact with staff. Street parking only and it can be busy.

The young guys are helpful. Middle aged woman (manager I believe?) does not stop talking the entire time she works (at all), discussing store profits and gossiping about customers. In a very bad way. Her voice is also incredibly annoying. Makes it difficult to work there as a customer. Felt bad for the young guys working there having to listen to her all day. Poor boundaries, very odd. Advice: maintain professionalism, it’s a small space, don’t talk about customers in front of other customers.
