Won't even answer simple questions their employees should ALREADY know. Hard to print anything here as the connection sucks and have had to wait up to 30 min just for the stupid email to come through. Employees are often rude and don't know how to do even the most basic things.

Went by three times in the last two weeks and twice they weren’t open during posted business hours. Today I went in and despite being in line they helped two other people that came in after me before getting to me. After finally acknowledging me and asking what I needed I wanted to print a couple hundred copies at self print and was given a convenience code since there isn’t a place to enter our business account number anymore. The code only allowed me to print $25 despite the manager knowing how many copies I needed and them knowing full well the total would come to way more than that. A complete waste of time and now I need to make a fourth trip.

Conveniently located at the south end of the Morrison Bridge, I stop at this location if I need to print a lot of copies of document, do a quick photo print or mail a package cheaper than the USPS. Since they are downtown, it's super helpful that they have their own parking lot so I never have to worry about finding a place to park Or paying for parking. Workers aren't that friendly but it doesn't bother me. I'm here to do my own thing And get it done quickly. Lots of packing supplies. Color printers. Photo printers. Some stationary supplies and greeting cards. All the norms.
