Poor service for the simplest transactions. A pre-tagged drop off package took way too long to accomplish. There is no box. You have to wait for an employee to receive and process it.

Lady was unnecessarily rude. Just came to.drop off 2 packages, but they don't have their own boxes and can't print a receipt. One more reason to stick with UPS.

Got an attitude from both associates who made us wait around forever to get any help when we were the first customers in. The bald man working acted like he was doing a favor by taking my package when you advertise being open until 10 and I was there at 7:30.

Actually uncomplicated & easywhat? people had problems dropping off their package at the photo counter at the Walgreens? It was easy to get the information where to drop stuff, the photo counter guy reminded me to collect my tracking # in case of problems...Maybe if you need more FedEx service,you could become disappointed, but Walgreens is perfect for a simple drop off /pick up

The cashier decides not to accept drop off a package , she send me to front FedEx office even though its closed. Poor service

No packing tape and no printed receipts. Pure joke! I shall take my business elsewhere to a real FedEx, and did.
