Can you just have a normal card reader? Why do I have to read through 10 steps just to pump gas in 2023? You guys need to call up your IT department. And if you don't have that, you need to replace the system

A few weeks ago I had a flat tire and limped into this station. They were busy but Richard took the time between gas customers to put on my spare tire. He was friendly and so helpful. That was customer service! Thank you.

I worked here for two amazing days before being fired via text for setting a firm boundary with a coworker who repeatedly "joked" about me joining a three-way with them and their partner.Great snacks tho.update: told I'm a "real piece of work" by the boss and banned from the premise :D

Ben and Angie at Fastrak Fuel Mart are incredible people who go above and beyond. I called a bunch of gas stations in the area to get to an air pump late Friday night when I realized my car tire was flat. Angie at Fastrak Fuel Mart picked up the phone, gave me directions to get there, and explained exactly where to find the pump. Once I got there, Ben noticed I had a flat, and immediately jumped up to assist. He and Angie expertly covered the store inside, attending to customers at the gas pumps, while also assisting me with changing the tire. The kindness of these employees got me through a stressful situation late on a Friday night. It was really touching to see how much they cared to help me while I was stranded, and how they ensured all customers were being taken care of. Couldn't have been easy! They also pointed me to tire repair products in the store to have on hand in case I ever needed a quick solution. Great people working here at Fastrak Fuel Mart and you can get anything you need to fuel yourself and your car on the road. 5+ stars!!!

Poor customer service bad attitude by the manager i payed for 3 gallons $15 im on red e gas gage it didnt move mu gage is 100% functioning manner i had called police for a refund the manager comes out and throws a chunck of french bread towards me and my dog while waitng in our car still got no service when cops came i asked for someone in charge of his position to request a refund he refused the internet dosent provide info... fast trak ripped me off money.Theifs. I dont recommended this gasUpdate: as i was about to leave the gas attendant cames up to my car and handed me her tips bless her only tshw made my day. I told her i wasnt blameing the attendants i worked at a gas station years ago i blamed the pumps and showed her my gss gauge is still on red e i get almost a quarter tank with $15. Ahe was apologetic thank you i go there often. Maybe not so much anymore.

Highly warn against going here if your a person of color. The young white woman who works days likes to act friendly, put $100 hold.on your card for the entire weekend and then talk down to you on the phone when you ask why the hold is still on the account. Other than thatGreat gas ?

Cheapest price around. Has Non Ethanol Gas, one of the only places in Portland I have found. Most importantly friendly service.

20 cent price difference to pay with a card and the sign that lets you know that is super tiny and ground level. Attendant was nice enough
