I entered the ne Portland branch of Fastenal at 4:25pm looking for a few different items. I was approached by an employment asking if he could help me find anything I politely refused a few minutes later he approached me again I again politely refused. He then approached me a third time 3 minutes later and told me to go to home depot and said I was loitering around and he then demanded I pay for my items so he could close the store. I have never been more insulted in my life or rushed out of the store I will never shop at Fastenal again nor will my company who I might add spends thousands of dollars a week there. I have never been treated with more disrespect ever!

Very helpful. Can get items fast but not alway for the best price. That's the reason for only 4 stars.
