Let me start off by saying that I have been collecting comics since I was 10. So for 30 plus years I have gone to more comic shops than I can count. I personally love going through bargain bins. It gives me so much joy. Looking for something long forgotten at a great price is my absolute favorite. Some places have a few bins and some more than others. This place has by far the biggest and best bargain bins I've ever seen! All organized by price and alphabetized. Not only did I find so many books I needed but ones I am excited to add to my collection. And the owner Richie was an absolute one of a kind true gem of a human. He and I talked as I went through the bins for hours. Well after he was closed. On a holiday no less. And when it was all said and done, he even gave me a ride to meet my wife at the local bar up the street. (I bought a short box and a half and it would have been a 16min walk) And he gave us a printed out sheet with places to drink and eat for the night! If you love local comic shops and finding true hidden gems, this is the place for you. If I ever make it back to Portland, I'm coming here to be sure.

Absolute gem of a comic book store. Rich is awesome. I picked up several longboxes on liquidation day and really scored. My toddler was with me and was gifted a stuffed animal to play with and take home. Highly recommend this place! 100% will be back (was well worth the drive from Washington).

If you're into comics. . .
Please don't sleep on this lil joint. When you have some time to kill, pop on in here. Not only is it all you could want, but the guy who runs the spot rocks too! He's also running a new special right meow, come in and get 3 free comics. You won't be mad.

So glad I finally stopped in. Stacks upon stacks of used comics. They do a great trade, buying bulk comic libraries or smaller personal collections. Half off Trade/graphic novels and manga. Also a bunch of great figures and collectibles.

This is where to go if you want the most bang for your buck. Richard's prices are better than his competition. But more than that, I would recommend going to Fallout for the experience. Richard is a well of knowledge in all things comics. It's a chill environment where it's enjoyable to while away a couple hours. It's probably the funest experience I have had in a comic shop in Portland. Keep doing what you do Richard!

This place is awesome! The owner I met was super kind, and I wish I had more time to talk his ear off. He was in there on New Year's Day doing inventory, and opened the door even though they were technically closed. HUGE selection of back issues that I'll be going back to keep diving through. I'll be back on my next long day off.

When I'm on business travel, I always want to check out local comic book shops.Sadly, despite Maps saying this place would be open on Tuesdays at 11am, I showed up to this place at noon and the door was locked.Looking thru the peephole it seemed like my kind of place. Maybe on my next trip to Portland I will try again and modify this review.

This store is all about back issues. There’s a large section of .50c comics that are not alphabetized, then the $1 and $3 sections which are alphabetized by letter, but not within each letter, as in a savage dragon can come after a spider-man. Owner was friendly and helpfully oriented me to the store. There’s also some manga, magazines bricks and other normal comic store stuff. I was pleased with the prices even though it was a bit tough to dig, and I found some stuff I was looking for.

From out of town... went to visit this local comic shop... has a huge and great selection... was able to pickup some great reads! The service was great and had a great conversation with guy running it. Great prices was amazed with what I paid and walked away with... definitely no up-charging! This will be a spot I visit when in Portland again.

Huge selection of $0.50-$3 back issue bins! Super awesome finds and fairly priced sets! The owner Rich is an awesome and supportive guy! I will 100% be coming back again!

From the outside looks a little sketch but trust me, its a really cool store and it's back issues galore!. Went in on a Friday night for their drunk comic sale (7pm-12am) soo cool and the sale was amazing 1/2 off all comics in bins (all of August). The owner was super cool person who loves what he does and he had a Facebook live sale where you can bid even in store!!!. While also playing some cool tunes through the over head speaker. I'm from Seattle but I'll be back!.
