The product is fine, it’s the scam that makes me give it a one star. I got the 2 for 24 shorts, overall I’m happy with the shorts. But 3 months later I see they’ve been charging me 59.95 a month without letting me know or asking me at all! I called and the lady said it’s because I was a Fabletics VIP member and that means I have 59.95 a month in credits to use online or in store… So they take the 60 bucks out of my account and say it’s a free credit! Just be careful!

My husband and I went to the store this evening. Brandon was very helpful with great customer service!! Brandon was very knowledgeable about the different products and had excellent suggestions! It was a nice change to be assisted by someone who appears to enjoy their workplace.

The entire experience to cancel the Fabletics membership is appalling. For a global business, the option to sign up OR CANCEL should be equally seamless and simple on both ends of the experience. If I signed up online with a click of a button, I should be able to cancel online with a click of a button too. However this is not the case with Fabletics. There is no button to cancel your membership. You HAVE to either ring their North America number on the phone or chat online with a customer service agent during their business hours. The entire process with Fabletics is designed to unfairly retain an unwilling and resistant customer rather than on an engagement model base on genuine connection and interest.

This is a review of Fabletics and not this particular store. Their products are quality, good prices if you look. However, their membership is a sham. You pay $60/mo, if you choose to keep the credit, which is good for 2 items up to $100 they say. LIES! You can select ONE item UP TO $60. Think about it. You pay $60, and you gonna get an item worth less, plus they charge you FULL price for anything you select but they are 1/3 of the price listed on sale on their website. Good stuff but their membership is a scam.

Tried to scam me out of money. Got a pair of their pants for $24 on the new member promotion. Asked for a refund to my card. 2 weeks later they tried to give me a refund to my account for $19.20. Now I have to wait 4-6 weeks for a check. Horrible customer service department.

I love the organization!!! It’s super clean and I love all the clothes I have! (I have a ton) They’re fitting for me on an athletic standpoint, and are used daily. Models have gone in there and have loved the staff and trying the clothes on as well!

I'm reviewing the online shopping experience not this local store. You will wait way longer than the expected delivery date so make sure you plan accordingly. If you try to live chat with them it will "unexpectedly" shut down, you will have to start the chat all over. Maybe it's just me but 2-3 day shipping should be the whole process time-line. I shouldn't have to factor in the days it takes for them to fill the order. How is the consumer supposed to know the workflow of the warehouse? Once it's delivered I'll be returning it, thanks for wasting my time and my money.
