I brought my 1989 German van to them today at 8 am in desperate need of break repair and a tune up. They stayed until it was done. I picked up my van running great and new breaks at 5:30. Old or new. These guys get it done. I have been using them for over 5 years!

I spent about two days calling mechanics that specialize in Mercedes before I found European Autoworks. The only service I needed was to have a fault code cleared. Every other mechanic I called either didn't have the correct diagnostic systems or wanted to charge a full hour's labor for what was a five minute process.
When I called, Jo answered the phone. He asked me to explain my problem, and then told me to come in after I did.
My problem was fixed less than thirty minutes after that first phone call, and he told me I could pay what I thought was fair.
European Autoworks is very clearly an honestly-ran family business, and by taking thirty minutes out of his day to help me, Jo earned a lifelong customer. You don't often see businesses ran like this anymore. I have zero hesitation in recommending this shop to anybody with a European vehicle that needs repair or service.

On June 21st I had a sudden issue with my mercedes dying got it started ran it to Fred we ran diagnostics turned out to be nothing initially. then later in the day it died & wouldn't start. Called them and they have in house towing he showed up in 15 minutes!!! that was amazing as i was stuck in the middle of a lane! It was a Friday and 10 minutes to closing and I needed my car for a long distance trip that Sunday. Fred's son said "no worries I will come in on my day off (Saturday) and fix your car" talk about above and beyond customer service! Overall I am thrilled with the VIP service I received I definitely will be back!

Took my 2014 Audi A4 to the dealer for 2 check engine light diagnosis. They charged me 600 for the diagnosis and it took them 4 days to get back to me with vague answers and recommendations to basically replace everything that showed any minor issue the total was going to be 14k for everything. I called european auto works based on my friends recommendation, they service her q5 for everything.
They took me in and had a diagnosis by the end of the day, they found the faulty part and had a quote for me. They said all the work would be done in 5 days for a fraction of the price. They were done in 4 days, and communicated with me the entire way and provided detailed answers to all questions. Very knowledgeable. I will be driving my audi from beaverton to east Portland for service and any other repairs I need. Thanks Modi and team!

Modi was extremely helpful with a project I’m working on for a customer. Over torqued E10 bolts on front seats. When I tried to remove 3 out of the 8 seat bolts they rounded off. Took vehicle to Modi and he was able to remove old bolts quickly and effectively. I will definitely be recommending European Auto works to people. Thanks again!

I gave them a call recently about if they do pressure testing, and she didn’t really answer the question And when I repeated the question, he said he wasn’t comfortable working with me. This is completely unusable and it shows what kind of mechanic shop they really are. if I could, I would write this zero stars for customer service in zero stars for professionalism. Don’t go here

I am so happy with the service from European AutoWorks! Modi was excellent to work with. My Q5 had a few "quirks" I wanted checked out. He was upfront about costs. His crew found the same issues the dealership pointed out to me back a few months ago, but it was a relief to get them taken care of for a fraction of the dealership prices. My car drives SO much better! Thank you EAW, I'll be bringing the Boxster in after the holidays!

Driving to work in the dark one morning we ran over some car parts left on the road. My car sounded like it was being ripped apart. We came here and they showed the damage. They ordered the specific part that was broken and we just got it replaced. We are so thankful.

I usually do my own work but got burnt out of working on the Audi 2.7T. I had this shop replace my water pump, timing belt, tensioner, idlers and cam seals. Fred did fantastic work. They did the work quickly and used quality components (continental belt). I will use them in the future if I need work done on my Allroad!Service: Engine repair
