We have been customers of Ethan Allen for 15 years. We have moved 3 times over in those 15 years, each time needing more furniture. This is where we go first. Then we shop around at other places, only to return to Ethan Allen. The quality is amazing. Our first club chairs and ottomans look as good today as the day we first purchased them. I have purchased many items over the years and I am never disappointed. About two years ago, we met Heather Gutowski. Once again we were moving. She listened to our needs, captured all our furniture onto a virtual living space and placed old furniture with new furniture. She suggested fabrics, cushion support, wood stain and pillows etc. I am not all that confident in my style and selections, however when Heather puts items together, it works. She makes it so easy for us. Our current home is 6 hours away from Portland Ethan Allen, it’s still where we go first. The quality, classic and modern furniture, design team, customer service all keeps me coming back. Thank you Ethan Allen Portland!!!

We worked with Claire Reilly and had a great experience! She was very knowledgeable and helped guide us to the right couch and fabric. She provided us with multiple options as well as samples but ultimately left the decision to us. We appreciated the no stress or pressure experience. The ordering process was straight forward and she's already kept us in the loop on the status of our order. We are excited to get our couch and know it will be perfect for the space.

Wow. White glove treatment from the moment I walked in the store. I needed a couch and after having my last Ethan Allen couch for over 15 years, I knew I wanted to get another one but I had no clue what I wanted. Allyson came to the rescue and helped us find a great comfy couch that was exceptionally well made. She shared suggestions for materials after taking our personal needs into consideration. She was friendly and had that unique balance of asking the right amount of questions to understand without being too pushy. She LISTENED. Then she got to work and took care of every minute detail. She even hooked us up with where to go and get lunch afterwards. I was so impressed and now I am beyond excited for my new couch and the changes I'm making to the room. Out with the old lady grandma things and in with the new on-trend but timeless look (starting with that fabulous couch)! Thank you Allyson!

Allison was my designer and she did a great job matching the pieces to create my bedroom set. The furniture took several months which is probably the only downside. I ordered in may and it was delivered in October. The pieces themselves are really well made and no squeaks in my bed. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality furniture and pieces you plan to keep for a very long time.

The clubhouse at the over 55 community needed an update to our lobby. After searching many furniture stores the committee decided that Ethan Allen was the perfect fit. Claire Reilly was our design consultant for this project. She and her associate Kelly Simkovich came to the clubhouse several times with designs and answered all of our questions.. The end result was a beautiful updated lobby area that has received nothing but positive comments. We could not have done this project without their knowledge of design. Thank you .

We had the pleasure of working with Allyson to redo an entire family room. She carefully selected furniture, tables, ottoman and area rug to scale and drafted several options for us to review. Doing an entire room is overwhelming and Allyson was patient, professional and so knowledgeable. She visited our home twice to ensure the materials selected would be perfect. We were so happy with the final product; we went back to place another order! Ethan Allen quality is excellent and Allyson is so talented. We really enjoyed working with her. She is the best!

Claire Reilly helped us find the perfect sectional for our living room. Then she helped us find just the right ottoman to compliment it and the other colors in the room. The furniture got delivered today, and we absolutely LOVE IT!! She was efficient, friendly and fun to work with. Thanks Claire!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Claire Reilly from the Portland, Oregon store through the Ethan Allen website designer chat. Claire promptly and professionally answered my questions and concerns about a wall hanging for my dining room and provided me with additional options. After a few emails and phone calls Claire put together some beautiful finishing touches for not only my dining room but my living room as well. Her ability to mix colors, textures and design styles was amazing, and exactly what I had hoped for!Claire's interior design expertise and professionalism, along with her ability to listen to her customers goals and ideas, and her communication skills, gave me the confidence to place the order online. Even after my order was placed, she continued to follow my order and keep me up to date.Although Claire and I are in different time zones, and have I have never met her in person, she made my shopping experience easy and satisfying. We purchase 1 sofa and two leathers chairs from Ethan Allen. Marc Miller was excellent at listening to us, understanding our view and needs. Marc dedicated a long time to the process and we ended with the product we wanted. Communication was great during the whole process. We just received our furniture a week ago, earlier than anticipated. we will always return to Ethan Allen and Marc.
