I have had some salon experiences that I thought were bad, but this was next to the worst. I took the morning off, arrived 10 minutes early for her to be 20 minutes late and not even acknowledge me waiting for her as she started to sweep the salon. Never met her, so I asked if she was Erica, she said yes and that she was glad I said something cuz she thought I was there for someone else. Ma'am, you're late, it didn't cross your mind to check on your 10 o'clock. I sit in the chair she opened my bag of hair and asks where the tools to install were. I told her she didn't tell me I needed to bring my own equipment cuz who even does that. She says she doesn't have the stuff and I'm in the chair now and want my hair done, so what's the solution. She suggests going to the beauty supply store after she washes someone else's hair!! You're late, don't have the right stuff to do my hair and you are taking another client. I still wanted my hair done so I offer to go to the beauty supply while she washed the lady's hair. No local store has the tools in stock. I text her after I go to 3 of the stores before calling 4 more and being told not in stock and no response from her, but she was probably doing the other lady's hair. I go back to get my hair cuz she clearly can't do my hair and no apology, no would you like to reschedule although I would never. I waited an hour and a half before writing my review to see if she would offer an alternative or apology and NOTHING. Super unprofessional from start to finish 0/0 stars , book at your own risk, would not recommend. Cynthia is super nice tho, probably should have just booked with her.Service: Hair extensions

I scheduled an appointment, while on the phone I explained what services I wanted, as well as how my natural hair was. I was told she could do it, all for me to arrive and have the lady to tell me "sorry can't work with your hair bye". COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Very unprofessional on thier end. I am very unsatisfied with how this went down. I would give zero stars if I could. Ridiculous.Service: Braids

Wife made an appointment they had her sitting there for 40 min nobody showed, then Erica told her she was pulling up 20min later she said she's stuck at kinkos! Then she said she'll do her hair in the a.m and still never called or answered the phone..Bad Business My wife is a traveling nurse and had her coworkers ready to get there hair done also, her loss.
