I had such a positive experience working with Eric! Not only was he able to explain complicated matters and answer all of my questions, he was able to get me those responses in ways that worked for me (email with a text message to follow, then a follow up phone call) Aside from great support, he has a natural sense for how the market moves and was able to make the right call on when to lock for the lowest rate for me.

It was great working with Eric at Portland Loan Team. We knew he was working with our best interest in mind. We had some business expenses on a card that ended up affecting our credit just enough to increase the interest rate. However Eric proactively brought this to our attention. With a business reimbursement and a quick re-score (which he spearheaded) we were able to get the interest rate back down. Top Notch Thank you Eric!
