I went to Portland to travel with friends. We were introduced to this salon. And the experience is 5 stars. They have white wine, hot tea, apple juice, etc. while making mani & pedi. What's even better is that the price is very affordable. Wish I could stay closer to them, but will definitely keep this place in mind and recommend to anyone in PortlandServices: Sculpted nails

Love this place! First time in for pedis. Beautiful space, lovely gals who gave my sisters, mom, and I fabulous nails :)

This place is wildly overpriced. They nickel and dime you to boot! Outside of that, it’s not even a good pedicure. I love having paint all over my toes vs just the nail, said no one ever. How does that even happen when you’re getting shellac? Don’t get me started in the massage. Maybe use just an ounce of pressure. Work at it a little. To charge for the removal of shellac and then charge to have shellac is insane.Service: Pedicure

Delightful. Changing my go to spot in Sellwood to HERE. Very kind and not rushed staff persons and a free drink in an airy, calming setting.

5 stars for the actual work. But I requested a classic pedicure that wound up costing 75$. Used to really like the place . Drove from Gresham. Never again.

I've been getting my nails done here for almost a year now, around every month. No issues... until they went under new management. The women are all lovely, but the male manager is brash, argumentative, and incredibly rough when doing nails. My sister has gone here twice now and has had similar experiences with him. He cut four of my fingers which were evidently bleeding, to which he showed no care for. Instead he put the blame on me for having "dry cuticles." Dry cuticles or not, you shouldn't be borderline abusive to any of your customers hands. He continued to file where it was bleeding, get nail polish remover in it, and get upset because I wasn't "relaxed" enough (I wonder why). He blamed me for smudging the paint, though I didn't touch anything on my own and it was plain obvious it was caused by him going too fast. He was loudly sighing and incredibly rude when not one, but TWO of my nails were smudged. Oh no! I wonder how that happened! Don't get me wrong, he does a good job, but not good enough to be treated like that and still expect a good tip. I have been constant business for them, but this is the last time I will be giving them any of my money. If you are assigned the male manager, it's best you ask for someone else, or walk out. He'll try and get a cash tip from you no matter how he treats you.Service: Manicure

To my dismay I came into Enails after a year long hiatus and ownership has changed . I had gone here for years to avoid the cattle hearding at all nail shops I have visited in the past. The customer servicesucks and no one even askedabout my satisfaction Until i gave a lesser tip than normal. With that being said my nails look OK so gave 3 stars. May or may not go back.
