Parking is 59 dollars a day on top of your room fee.Room service charges 5 dollars for delivery to your room.breakfast is free, though, and it's really good! omelets made to order.buffet style for everything else.pay the parking fee, it's the same amount you would spend for breakfast for a family of 3.

The place has a worn presentation. The rooms are nicely furnished. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is great. The order-to-make omelet is excellent and delicious. Happy hour is a nice way to end the evening.

I am furious considering that paying for valet was not cheap but I was willing to pay for it so my new car would be safe! My car was terribly keyed and the hotel will not answer my calls! Avoid this place at all

Excellent room, hospital able room service’ curb check could use some situational awareness though; continued to see guests struggle through the doors while curb staff converses amongst themselves; easy walk to Dante’s club and intro to PDX pedestrian friendly town !

Historic, great location, great staff, great amenities. First off, thank you and shoutout to Maya for their exceptional customer service. Room was nice and spacious, bed was comfy. You can tell this this a popular hotel for people to stay at, but that’s not a bad thing. The pool and breakfast was great. Thank you, and would recommend!

Excellent staff, great amenities. Pristine and spacious rooms/bedding/bathrooms. Downtown location on-street parking with a valet option; within walking distance of some local attractions and great local restaurants. Be cautious of surroundings at night.Safety: Be cautious at night with wandering/questionable activity

You know how every hotel you’ve ever been in has a recirculating pump so you don’t have to wait forever for hot water? Apparently that’s not a thing here, the hot water takes forever. Specifically, six minutes of running the hot faucet till it starts warming up. Front desk sent a guy up, he just let it run till it was hot.I’m adding a star back, the hot water situation is ridiculous but otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

I love the embassy. Great location to everything. Unfortunately, with Portland being a bit more seedy than the appreciated 'Portland scene'- the Embassy is on the line of being a perfect location and being in an area where you want to just stay in the hotel. We come every 3 months for a staycation with our kiddo. She loves the pool - going to Voodoo donuts- hitting up Saturday market and eating out at Pine St. ?- then some late night swimming and battle bots with left over pizza in the room. Thanks for always being a solid place with friendly service.- it's super close to great food, bars and kid friendly outings.

Has the neighborhood rubbed off onto the customer service? As a customer service provider, it may be time to take a reflective look and pull it out of the gutter

The parking situation is atrocious. It took twenty minutes to find a parking spot. The hotel itself is quite nice.
