Purchased a set of “Moroccan String Lights” three weeks ago. The lights do not work when I tried them today. Stopped in to return them and was told they have a two week return policy. Are you kidding me? I spent over $200 at time I purchased these $15 lights and you will not take them back? You have lost a very good customer for life.UPDATE: I was mistaken. Their return/refund policy is even worse than I originally stated. If you would like a refund for a product that is useless because it does not operate, you only have seven days to be issued a refund. I have never heard of a retail establishment with such restrictive and punitive refund/return polices.

I walked in there looking for a hanging plant for my new disco ball planter yesterday (May 11th, 2023 around 3:30 pm) and absolutely no one acknowledged me. When another person walked in (a white man) he was immediately greeted and asked if he needed help with anything along with everyone in this store but me. I happened to be the only black person in there. No one would talk to me, no one bothered to help me, and when I went up to pay, I was barely spoken to. I regret spending money here based on how I was treated. I will quite literally never step foot in there again. Racism and stereotypes aren’t fun things to have to constantly deal with.

Very cute store! The cutest plants and pots to go along with them. This store has a variety of items in the home section to browse. Books from gardening to cooking. Glasses and Mugs as well as a few clothing items. I love browsing this store very much! I recommend definitely checking this place out.

I’d like to preface this with saying I rarely leave bad reviews, however a recent customer service experience at this shop left me with the same bad taste as some of the other folks that also left a one star review. The back story to this review is that I went to the store to purchase a planter and a stand. I noticed the stand didn’t have a price on it and asked the staff the cost. The staff told me it was included with the planter, which I happily purchased and went home with.Later in the evening, they used my email from the receipt to send me an email saying their staff was mistaken and the stand didn’t go with that planter. They asked me to return the stand or pay $100 for it. I was shocked! I declined those options, stating I felt they should honor the agreed upon price, even if it was a mistake. I exchanged several emails with the store manager, who seemed ruder and ruder in each email.I am honestly still surprised at the rude tone that was used towards a repeated customer.Even though I enjoy their products and have had pleasant interactions with their staff before this, this present situation has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I can’t imagine going back there.

Honestly such a great shop. I'm a 40 year old man having a terrible day. Stopped by to pick up a plant and the team was so helpful and kind they made my entire day better.

We had such a positive experience! Ecovibe was awesome as we had lots of plants to repot and needed consult on a few plants. Staff was very friendly and available and went above and beyond to help us. Definitely recommend giving them your business.

I can tell that you're thinking about getting plants, and there actually isn't a better spot to go. When you buy your new houseplant, you'll get a card to go along with it, which will inform you on light, watering, animal safety, and more. They very much want to make sure that you're bringing something home that you'll know how to take care of.Besides the plants, there are fun little pots, candles, lotions, knick-knacks, and jewelry. I stop by pretty much every time I'm on Alberta, and you should too.

It's been over a year since I've moved out of Oregon and I'm pretty sure I've been back to Ecovibe at least 3-4 times since moving back to California .. which tells you how much I absolutely adore this store! They've recently opened a new location on Hawthorne and it's AMAZING. This location is much bigger than Alberta but carries the same type of items and it's got the same vibe (pun intended). Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

What customer service! I recently moved near their new location on Hawthorne with my massive monstara. Her name is Burtha, and the name is earned. 5-6 feet tall, massive leaves, needs to be tied against the wall or she'll attack you, hardly fits in my car. We did a special trip to move her like her own personal chauffeur, got her all set in the new house, and in the middle of the night she straight up yeeted herself off the wall and onto the floor. This drama queen needed surgery asap, but she can hardly be moved. Thankfully, Ecovibe was right around the corner. They repotted her, made her look so much better in a pot better suited for her, and then WHEELED HER BACK TO MY HOUSE. I'm a customer for life! They saved my Burtha, and they had a fantastic selection of houseplants. I think Burtha needs a friend.

There are lots of choices with something for everyone. The textiles were stunning. Cute place to buy an unusual but special gift. Cooking area had an array of items. At this point in my life , I so love to find shops with unique items.

To me this did not feel like a plant store exclusively as the other reviews say (even though that was the thing that attracted me to this spot). This is a complete lifestyle store with items ranging from home décor, houseplants, pottery, kitchenware, chocolates ,apparel accessories, candles, gifts and books and much more. What really interested me was that not only was a lot of the stuff locally made and sourced but also catered to a sustainable lifestyle . In the day and age of Amazon this really is something I value and this store is doing very well on that . The store is not huge and feels a little too closely packed because they have oodles and oodles of stuff on display. This was a slight inconvenience as I was constantly looking over my shoulder to ensure I did not bump into anyone or anything. The items are aesthetically displayed based on the home category they belong to .Plants however adorn each and every corner of the store and give it a very Bohemian vibe . They are also a member of ECG and the plant wellness program and you can donate in the store or online and let the employees know that you are doing it as part of ECG and they coordinate from there . Pricing is slightly on the higher side but in my opinion totally reasonable as a lot of the stuff is hand crafted and locally sourced.

This plant shop is an absolute vibe. Saw lots of cool rare plant varieties & all the classics- plus all kinds of non-plant cozy accents. Would be a great place to grab a cute/unique gift too.

We found this place over the weekend and really enjoyed this shop! Staff was SO friendly and happy to help. All their plants looked very healthy and they had a great assortment of other odds and ends to look at while there.
