Very clean. Great location and professional and engaging staff.
Rooms: Very clean, and kept.
Nearby activities: Food court nearby, along with other choices
Walkability: Portland is a walkable city, legendary food courts
Food & drinks: Lots of variety, good quality. Accessible. Affordable.

Great location right in the middle of downtown, across the street are about 10 food trucks and a gas station for beer. The only problem is like most motels the heavy use of chemicals to clean and deodorizer the room irritated my eyes and gave me a sour throat after sleeping in it with the window closed. Everything was clean the room looked nice for a $100 room. Even though it is downtown it felt safe and the area was not over run with homeless people.

I stayed here with my girlfriend during a vacation in late April 2023. I loved how comfortable the bed was. This is low-key the best hotel in which one can stay in Portland. I highly recommend it. We will utilize it again in late February.

careful if using a debt card, the deposit might come out twice, but both will eventually be refunded. all of the hotel staff are wonderful people, rooms are great, as well as the price.

The folks that ma age it,are GREAT!Really NICE Folks, keep a nice place , especially for the older "Motel" w/exterior entrances style est. (A Choice Hotel property)Rooms: Very decent, remodeled, most certainly , comfortableBed!Food & drinks: Great food carts across the street! ?Noteworthy details: Does chg $10/day for parking, if you drive some street parking neat, but not certain if local permits are required..Not too bad for smack in PSu/Downtown!

Rooms weren't clean, had stains on the walls, dents on the corners and linens had hair and stains as well. Checking in was awful, they had technical issues on their end. Not customer friendly gentlemen at the front. Location is great, it's the only thing going for this motel.Walkability: Location is alright, food trucks across the street were nice, a convenience store on the corner and a pharmacy down the road, while being close to the venue was a plus, and unfortunately only thing going for this moNoteworthy details: Rooms weren't clean, had stains on the walls, dents on the corners and linens had hair and stains as well. Checking in was awful had to put 3x the room cost on the card so it would go through.

I reserved a non-refundable room with 2 Q beds on Priceline for $30 more than I saw listed because while only 2 were staying over, there were 4 of us that would be accessing the room. I made sure that Priceline was going to pass that information on to the property and also that there would be no additional charges which Priceline assured me of. Not only did the two incredibly rude and judgmental office people charge an additional $10 for parking when they asked which car and saw our certified service dog they discriminatorily charged us a $200 refundable deposit as long as there was "no smoking and no pets." About ten minutes later our fourth showed up on bike and they did in fact refund that deposit as they cancelled our reservation for a dog and a bike? (Come on now -we're in Portland.) When I requested a refund for the room, they said to talk to Priceline and I reiterated that it was non-refundable and then I fought with Priceline for a few days as the property tried to say that we were a "no show." I was relentless and finally did get a refund from Priceline. (I also requested a free stay and was offered half off my next stay booked through them which of course no one knew anything about when I tried to use it and still has not been fulfilled.)

I didn't stay here, only talked with the staff over the phone: he was rude and unsympathetic. I was looking for a hotel that didn't require a credit card; other hotels would offer referrals to hotels that might do that. This guy just said "Don't waste my time" and hung up on me.
