One person working was friendly
and professional. Also could have lost left review mirror pushed mirror in and luckily did not break it, but cloth blue fibers stuck under, fell out while I vacuumed. Soap still running down back window. Worker was professional but if there's just one of you. Machinery should be reviewed.

Their brush got caught in my passenger side mirror and crack it. Also dented my passenger door, still have not heard from anyone regarding the damage and repair. Based on reviews and lack of care from management/owner, I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. Stay away from this place!

Had my brand new car washed here last week and found couple scratches on my driver side next day. I could have find out if i have my towel to dry it imediately.

The worst experience ever!
The wash broke my car's rear and wiper and front emblum. Their customer service did not even bother to respond to my claim or emails!

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. One of their machines put a large dent in the back door of my car and I had to have it replaced. This company would not return emails or take my phone calls and refused to take any responsibility for this damage. Lesson learned and will tell anyone I know and don’t know to never go there…..ever!

So far very impressed with this car wash, they actually get the back of my Forester clean, unlike Washman that struggles to actually get my trunk. I also appreciate the more manageable pricing and the free after freshener and wipe for the interior of your car when you go through. The vacuums are also much stronger than others I've used and this are more effective in getting the everyday dirt out of my foot wells. I definitely recommend this carwash!

This is the best car wash I have been to in years. I typically go to the Washman down the street on Halsey, but recently the men that work there have made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I came to Eco car wash after a group of men at the Washman told me that I have never just vacuumed my van at their facility, which I have done for years. I couldn’t pay for a wash and only use the vacuum, they said. I had to actually physically wash my van in order to use the vacuum even if I pay. I have lived in the area for 10 years and always pay for a wash just to use the vacuums as my van doesn’t fit in their car wash. They continually told me I had never done this at their car wash. Anyways, I came to Eco and they apologized on behalf of Washman and let me use their facility with no problems. As it turns out Eco’s vacuums are far more powerful than Washman’s on Halsey, so I will gladly be using them for all of our cars in the future. Thank you so much for the professional service, I’m truly impressed with how you handled this situation and the power of your vacuum’s.

Basic but okay place for a car wash.
Took the premium package. The maschine wash was acceptable and fast but some dirty water remained on the car and left spots, wheels were also still pretty dirty.
The free vacuuming station:
+ strong enough
- basic head was not very versatile
- very loud
- only basic floor mat cleaning
- no wipes
Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Ripped my reverse sonar cap right off my rear bumper. Based off the reviews I guess customers don’t matter here. Buyers beware

Very powerful washer, I don’t recommend it for a new car. The pilisos work very poorly and it is dirty all around where the pilisos are. The trash can alone is not convenient for rugs, cleaning clamps are not convenient. The machines connected to the vacuum cleaner, as I understand it, are not serviced or cleaned or are broken and sound like they are about to explode. Fix this and supply machines for payment together with a consultant. And reducing the washing power spoils the paint and coating of the car. Thank you. I'll give 5 stars if you fix this and replace the pilosos stations; there are several of them and they are still broken.

Do not use this car wash. I purchased the $18 dollar wash and halfway through, the brush broke my passenger side mirror. I honked to get the attention of the attendant but he did not take action. The car wash kept going. After speaking with him, he taped my mirror back on and wrote my name and plates down on a scrap piece of paper... He told me the managers name is Heather but I couldn't speak with her??? She was apparently not on site.I need my mirror repaired. I was also not the only car leaving with damage today. A Toyota also reported their mirror being broken today. This car wash is not taking responsibility and this is clearly an ongoing issue.

I do not recommend it yesterday they damaged my vehicle and they did not care and it is not the first time that I have washed my vehicle in California just so I put it in those machines here they pass a lot of air to the outlet and it blew up the two rear parts of the vehicle and as if nothing very bad terrible customer service and support
