I went there for some ball bearing toolbox drawer rails, and found out they primarily carried that product for wood Cabinetry not tool boxes. They still went out of their way to get me the information I needed by calling the manufacturers rep. Great customer service even though they knew it wasn't a product They Carried

This is one of my favorite vendors for cabinet components. They carry 58,000 different parts and have more at their finger tips. Usually ready for pick up that day. Prices are competitive with the other guys across the street. My favorite plastic laminate, Wilsonart, is carried by them exclusively now. Can't say enough good about them for my 28 years in his ness with me. The only setback has been Covid, which has caused me to go elsewhere on occasion to find some product that is back-ordered for two months. Everyone is feeling the pinch like this lately though.

Customer service is surly, and the website is a joke. Be prepared to wait a very long time if you're picking up an order. No one ever seems to know what's going on or where things are.

Needed about 100 hinges for a cabinet project. They never heard of my contractor, who I know does a chunk of business there. They couldn’t be bothered to explain what I needed, if they had it, or how to select the right hardware. The entire transaction occurred in the parking lot because they are sort of closed.The whole transaction felt more like I was inconveniencing them. Who needs it.

The customer service by phone is horrible, today at 7:45am 12/20 I called and the guy who took my order was totally bad, poor customer services and is not the first time, I had to call twice to get my invoice by email second guy in the phone. Same they don't care about to be nice , so I'm done buying anything from them.

Great customer service Johnny on it they were. Man even went out of his way to look for veneer which they only have a little amount of but they do sell it just a genuine great place don't forget your mask.. thank you E.B. Bradley you're the greatest... ?

Thank you to the gentleman that helped me today select 3 different hinge set ups. It meant the world that he could help me select the correct items! It's harder with Covid to get the right parts without part numbers but I got what I needed and without his help it would have added to my already very stressful day/month.
