We had a great experience with Cliff. His honest attitude was refreshing compared to the other dealerships we talked to that day. He wasn’t pushy and he was very laid back.
It was nice to test drive the car on our own, without a salesman along for the ride. The car was in great condition but we still had a few others on our list to check out. Cliff said that we could text him later that day if we wanted the car and set up an appointment for purchase.
We were back the next day because it ended up being the best deal out of everything we looked at and we liked the vibe of E&J. We arranged with Cliff that we’d take the car to a local mechanic to be checked before finalizing our purchase. The mechanic said the car was in great condition. The entire process with Cliff and E&J went smoothly.
We called twice months after the purchase with questions about registration and the car title, which E&J answered. We’re very happy with the car we purchased and our experience with E&J.

We purchased a car there about a month n a half ago. All I can say is we paid for the car they wouldn’t go down more than 200$ and the 200$ they did go down they ended up getting out of us because Gilberto said he ordered new tags and we could do everything through them along with title transfer and he ended up not ordering the tags and ended up double charging us. Thanks for cliff being so understanding to our frustration and helping us with a temporary. I would not go back again unless I am helped by cliff! I give Gilberto a 0 out of 10 and cliff I believe was his name older taller white male is the only 10/10 I give this place

I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from Gilbert. He made the purchasing process extremely simple. After visiting E and J motors I will likely never purchase from a large dealer again. The whole buying process only took about 20 minutes including the test drive. I couldn't pick the car up on the same day for various reasons, so I put a deposit down. When I went to pick it up, Gilbert went the extra mile to get all the paperwork setup before I arrived to sign them. We had the keys in hand within 10 minutes!
At the time of purchase, Gilbert agreed to repair a small cosmetic issue in the van. I waited until the part came in and took it back so they could repair it. While I waited for the part to come in, I noticed that two of the tires were going flat pretty quick. I let Gilbert know and he let me know they would also get it taken care of. Expecting to spend 4 hours or so in Portland, I took the van up as soon as the part came in. The mechanic had the cosmetic issue fixed in about 25 minutes, then they referred me to Lovely Tires about 2 blocks away and they repaired the tires in about 10 minutes. I was in and out of Portland in less than an hour!
It was a little disappointing that 2 of the tires were leaking air when I purchased it, but E&J Motors did a fantastic job handling everything. The van runs great, they offered me a good price, were friendly to work with, and fixed any/all issues that came up with the car. Gilbert is awesome and if I ever need another car, I will certainly be back!

The best experience!!! Gilberto explained to us what the entire process would be like for us to buy a truck and also made sure that we understood each step of the process. Which we really appreciate because all the numbers and terminology can sometimes be very confusing. But Gilberto made it very simple and was a great help and we felt really taken care of and moved forward with the purchase of a 2015 Chevy truck. Thank you E and J Motors, I would 100% recommend you to all our family and friends! Very friendly company!

E&J motors is my families go to for vehicles. My daughter (2 cars) myself have purchased excellent top off the line used cars. Clifford my sales staff, worked hard to get me the best rates, sticker, and warranties. Compared to many others E&J beats all of them. if you need a new car, go to E&J motors and speak to Clifford , He sold me a car many years ago and I’m still driving it to this day and it has almost 500,000 miles on it! No joke! I had bought a brand new one since then, but It didn’t work out as well as this one did, and I’m still driving this vehicle! You won’t be disappointed! Great guys! Give them your business!

Good people to work with. The car I bought was priced fairly and they gave me an excellent trade in allowance no my old car. The car I bought was as described and the transaction was easy. No pressure. There was one minor issue with the car and they took care of it promptly and wit no hassle. I would go back to them again.

Gilberto at E and J motors was a pleasure to work with. Very transparent about pricing and fees. Solo test drive, no hard sell. I had my own financing and he provided helpful and patient communication with my credit union. I am loving the car so far. They had a really good price on my Mazda cx-5 compared to other dealers.
