From the start of the process to final execution, our experience with Duchess was stellar. Katie is a consummate professional and delightful hostess, making us feel so special and at home. The fabric, design, and details selection for our wedding suits was fun and exciting, the fittings and slight alterations were easy and well-done. We are so happy with our choice to use Duchess for our special day, and would recommend without hesitation.

I just want to say how amazing and wonderful my fiancé and I’s experience here was! As a queer couple, it’s really hard to find formal wear for my partner and also work with professionals that are kind and open-minded. We worked with Bailey to create a custom suit for my partner and it was a great experience. Not only did my partner get to pick literally every detail she wanted in a suit, but we were given such thoughtful suggestions that made the process so much smoother. We are so grateful for these folks and for their hard work. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Fantastic service and garment quality. Baili walked me through the selection and fitting process, and I received my tweed sports coat in under 6 weeks. Fit perfectly, no need for additional fittings or alterations.

I went in there to get my suit altered for my wedding a few months ago. I bought my suit online and I felt as though they treated me with the same respect as if I got a custom fitted outfit.They gave me realistic expectations based off of what I wanted and how the fabric would change if I were to take more off.I am still growing financially, and they didn’t look down on me for that. They were all so amazing and made me feel very comfortable and special while I was there.I have a couple of more things I want to get altered from there. I honestly would t want to go anywhere else because of how down to earth and clear everyone was. I asked a lot of fashion questions and they were all happy to chime in.

Baili is incredible! She made my husband the pants and shirt of his dreams. He loved the whole process. He is ordering a matching jacket now as that was his only regret.

The team at Duchess is not only professional, but they are talented, welcoming, kind and the perfect choice for anyone and everyone who needs formal wear. I was so fortunate to find them to do my wedding suit and I could not be happier with the final product. From start to finish, the process was extremely easy and straightforward. From my informative and relaxed consultation with Foley, to my consultation and fittings with Katie, I was able to figure out everything and got EXACTLY what I wanted. I 10/10 recommend Duchess Clothier and the team and can't wait to show off my suit at my wedding!

I booked an appointment to get measured here. Super friendly staff and excellent customer service. Katie was fabulous! The whole shop is beautifully decorated and the bespoke clothing looks top notch. I will definitely be back.

I recently had a suit made here and it was such a wonderful experience. Katie was so great to work with. She helped me pick out colors because I’m colorblind, answered sooooo many questions I had, and even worked to get my monogram changed at the last minute because I had lost someone close and wanted to have a tribute to them. The entire process was easy and fun!The suit is incredibly well made and fits me like a glove but is still easy to move around in. The shoes I had made… well those are a work of art. I don’t want to wear them outside of the house because they are so beautiful.I would definitely recommend (and have) Duchess Clothier to anyone looking for a well constructed made to measure suit.
