If I could rate this place 0 stars I would the two women working here are beyond rude! I had to use the bathroom before I was going to sit down to play and that’s all I said when she said the RR are for customers only. When I was done the older blonde started saying something about attitude and I told her well look at the way you’re talkin to me my dismissive response is a direct result of her being so rude. At this point her voice is raised which i bring to her attention asking her why she’s yelling at me so she gets louder calling me a snot and saying I’m stuck up. At this point Im just wanting to leave no longer interested in spending any money here but they have my id so I had to wait for her to finish telling me what she thinks about me before she goes on to say i need to leave and that I’m not welcomed there. Im confused how I could be kicked out of and not allowed there when I did nothing wrong I just needed to use the bathroom before playing it’s just absurd! Horrible customer service I will never be back here again hopefully those workers don’t treat everyone else the way they did me today.

I love Dotty's. I like the atmosphere and I enjoy the employees... Well most of the time. I do not enjoy my time at daddy's when that one older heavier set woman works. She has never been nice to me, she's always been rude every single time I've ever been there while she's working. And just the other day my boyfriend and I were there playing lottery and he realized that she didn't give him the correct change back and she refused to count her till, very frustrating. Needless to say I tried to avoid going there at all costs when she's working. I get it. She's trying to enforce rules but she doesn't need to be rude to every single person that she comes across. Not everybody is trying to break the rules. It's not even about her enforcing rules. It's just simply when I'm coming in there to show her my ID and ask her for change for a change for a 20 and she rudely acts like she can't hear what I say. She always has a snappy rude tone. Every time I come in there with my purse she tells me I can't bring a backpack in. It's a purse It doesn't even look like a backpack. She's just all around rude and I don't think she should be working in a position that she obviously isn't enjoying because she's not very friendly.

Reading other reviews I can tell it's the same old lady people have issues with. Has nothing to do with enforcing rules. This old lady is a grump. If people are disrespectful to her, I can see why and don't feel bad for her. I won't be returning to this location just based on her energy.

There is an older lady that works the closing shift who puts up with a lot of grief from customers because she enforces the rules and she doesn't allow things to happen in there like the other employees there allow she makes people show their id and she doesn't allow people to come in with no id and play she does not allow people to sit around and charge their phones she puts limits on the alcohol she does not over serve she is by the rules so customers get mad because other employees allow stuff to go on and she does not she treats all customers equally and she gets so much grief because she enforces the rules and some of your other employees just allow customers to do whatever they want and its wrong I respect her and I like the way she enforces the rules she does not deserve to be yelled at by customers and told she is being rude because she does her job .

For a very chill place to work this is the first I’ve ever had such a rude clerk in any place ever. Normally everyone is so nice and Terry was really unpleasant for such a slow night with no disturbances. DONT COME WHEN TERRY IS WORKING

This is a good Dottys location on 100th stark, except for Carrie...she is the rudest employee I have ever had to deal with...and we frequent quite a few....she has no people kills and has no business working in this field! I have witnessed many people walking out telling her she was rude and lazy...she treats everyone that walks in the door rudely...and never ever asks anybody if they would like something to drink!

I have been going to this Dottys for 10+ years. I walked in a few days ago to get MY bank card from my husband who was on the video lottery. The employee lady asked for my ID and I stood there and waited and waited and she's just like in space. I go over to my husband get my bank card and as I am leaving the employee says "Don't come back". And I still had my ID in my hand and I was like, what? Didn't you see my ID?" And she just ignored me. There was a man employee standing next to her. I cant believe i was kicked out of Dottys for walking in to get MY bank card. My husband spent all the money we had to live on and now life is completely awful, and to be told I can't come back because I wanted MY bank card so we could get a little food before everything went lost to Dottys income. So real nice. Real nice. Spend hundreds and hundreds at Dottys and the thanks I get is to "Dont come back". I dont like bars so Dottys was an alright place in the past. But never again I suppose. I have excruciating back pain walked up to Dottys a 30 minute walk i could not just stand there for 10 minutes while she was lost in space not looking at my ID which I clearly was showing her. No other bar has ever treated me like this. DOTTYS - GET BETTER EMPLOYEES! If im not allowed to walk in a place to get MY own card back then they should make a sign on the door! I see a lot of recent complaints against these newer employees. I have 24/7 agonizing misery pain, and this happened days ago and im still really hurt!! I will never never forget his happened.

I have been to this location multiple times and the lady has never been friendly but until last night she was at least semi respectful. I went into the location and she told me I wasn't allowed there because I had a backpack. To be fair I understand why they have that rule, many businesses have similar rules to keep transient people out, so I explained that I get it and there's really nothing inside the backpack except a gaming controller I had to exchange which is why I even have a backpack. I'm clearly not a transient person. I drive a decent car, dress well and am clean cut. The backpack was a 95% empty new Nike backpack not some old dusty thing packed full of crap. I accepted the loss after a short argument and left. On second though I walked back in to ask The associate her name. Before I could even speak she said and no you can't plug your phone in. She refused to tell me her name or her managers name and was rude and disrespectful and I will never return. I frequent many dottys, mostly in the beaverton/Hillsboro area and have never had an unpleasant experience with the staff before.

Dottys usted to be a fun & nice place but the people that they have been hireing are rude & very disrespectful. Their are some workers call & have their family members & or friends come in & play machine that customers put a lot of money in

The lady shorted me 2,000. Do not go there. She called me names so and kicked me out when I confronted her. Pleas don't go the there! They will rip you off! Such thieves. This world is so horrible.

Very rude older woman working here Wednesday night at 850pm on 9/14/22. I suffer from incontinence and had to use the restroom extremely bad and when I walked in I asked if I could use the bathroom and she could see it was urgent.... but she ignored me she took her time helping the other customer.... then when it was my turn she said she had to see my ID and said no public restrooms....she took a very long time purposely to look at my ID but she couldn't turn me down because my ID was valid and I told her I was going to play a lottery game. When I came out the restroom I handed her the key back and grabbed my ID and I played $10 just to satisfy the requirement and when I turned around to leave she was sitting there staring at me with a mean look on her face like she was racist....I won't be going back.
