I went to this location the night before Easter, an hour before they closed and they wouldn’t let me in the store. The store is full of people shopping. There were still an hour until they closed, and the people would not let me in the store. They had somebody standing at the door, holding it closed, and they said I couldn’t come in. I watched them turn away more than 10 customers parents trying to get Easter stuff for their children in the morning. The guy holding the door shut was named THOR. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT IT WAS EASTER TOMORROW, AND A LOT OF PARENTS ARE TRYING TO GET THEIR KIDS GIFTS FOR THEM FOR EASTER, AND HE JUST SHUT THE DOOR IN MY FACE AND LAUGHED AT ME . I will be calling to report this to the district office and any other ways I can. It’s wrong. A store needs to be open during business hours. There is no excuse for them to do that. Besides, they just wanted to get out earlier. There’s a bunch of dumb high school kids that Have no business working around customers. I go to the store regularly for years. I will never come back here again. Since I’ve been typing this I’ve watched them turn away now 14 more customers told them they couldn’t come in. I guarantee none of them will be back either and everybody they know and everybody I know I’ll post this on social media and review every site I can find. What kind of people ruin children’s holidays just to stand outside and smoke while they turn customers away and all the other employees are busting those nuts trying to do all the work. They had long lines of people and only one person cashing. Because these workers were not even in the store. They are outside telling people to leave and smoking right at the entrance so smoke is going in customers faces as they come out. Kids even. This is horrendous.

The sales associate Tad was extremely rude to me and a racist. He did not want me to have a bag for my femine product. He interrogated me about having a large bag for my one product that I purchased out of meanness. He did not do that for the cacasian customers in front of me. I was discriminated for the color of my skin. The manager was polite to me when I called with my complaint and I appreciate her customer service skills.

This dollar tree is the worst dollar tree ever always closing 10 to 15 minutes early and clearly their sign says they close at 9 people outside waiting don’t understand why the doors are closed early not acceptable one of the stuff said they have too much people in the store I need to be out by 9 stores always full, I would totally give them a zero star, but it wouldn’t let me post my complaint!

only 1 worker and there was a big line, they need more workers. I was counting on dollar tree to do some last minute shopping and there was a line that hit the back of the store, and there was only one cashier. ?♀️
