“Though I call this store $1.25 Tree now haha, the quality and variety increased! Super thankful that the cards are still the same price and the things I need are quite reasonable-priced still such as some snacks and kitchenware. I also loved the variety of things when it's seasonal, such as the Valentine's goodies.”

“I love this store! It’s nice to be able to find anything you could ever want for your house for very cheap. I had a pleasant experience looking for things here and plan on coming back. This day and age affordability is everything.”

“Most things are now $1.25 each, with a few items ranging from $3-$5.

I understand that the change was necessary, but I miss the days of a real "dollar store!" ?”

“The floor plan looks like it would be a nightmare for a store layout, somehow they use the space amazingly well. The layout of products is perfectly in order without a mix in product type when going from food items to paper products and on food items. Makes it a lot easier to find things which I love.”

“Love this store. Even though there's 1 almost 4 minutes from me I choose to come to this 1. Edie, I think she's a manager welcomes you into the store, no other stores do that. She has outstanding customer service skills.
You should never let her go. The entire world needs more employees like Edie!”

“Best stocked Dollar Tree in the Portland metro area I think. Great selection of little holiday decorations, they actually had a really good crafting section, and almost all the shelves were full in the store.”

“Quick And Efficient! The check out line went really fast. At this particular dollar tree they have a wide selection of stuff to chose from including an entire section of the store dedicated to whatever the next holiday is”

“The cashier was polite and tried to clarify the pricing to me. However, I already knew that all the items in the store were priced between $1.25 to $5.00. I informed him that I was aware of this fact and pointed out that most of the items being sold for $5.00 were available for the same price at other stores.”

“We try to keep our store as clean as possible and restocked often we deal with major theft problems and neither security or dollar tree will put a system in to prevent theft so we are constantly on our toes. This does not mean we think you are stealing we are very observant this does not mean we think your stealing.”

“Patricia was VERY nice helpful & friendly!!!! Plus the only reason I'm leaving a review and getting 5stars, the rest of the staff (manager included and worse offender) could not be bothered to tell you the time of day. I realize you're busy and short staffed but rude is rude, and 2 polite seconds is not going to make a difference in the unloading of a truck. The non employee stocking his company products was not helpful or nice either.
As a business owner I would love an employee like Patricia!”

“This DT is in a challenging area but they do what they can to keep it presentable. This one is the only one on the north side that many retired and disabled people have access to.We are glad for it.”

“This dollar tree is my favorite in all of Portland. They have everything you could possibly need and want and so much more that you never knew you needed or wanted!!! I should warn you... bring extra shopping bags and if you are on a budget, only bring what you plan to spend or you just might empty your wallet and bank account and max out your credit cards ? and you should never ever go when there's a major holiday coming up because you may end up getting a loan just to buy every cite little decoration they have!!! Lol I'm avoiding my financial advisor!!!”
