No bathroom, one more sad degenerate victim of the neighborhood.
It's not really their fault that they are beset by an onslaught of tweakers, but it's not great. It's honestly gotten to the point where I hate taking work orders in this part of Portland because conditions are so horrible and everyone is so understaffed that the hardware stores don't have bathrooms. Which is surreal and weird, and absolutely miserable for us hard-working normal people who have jobs that take us in and out of hardware stores all day.
At least the other nearby location of this hardware store chain still has bathrooms.
It just sucks, you know? No bathrooms. The city is just decaying around us.

I've had several positive experiences here. I've worked with a guy named Dathan a few times and he's terrific. One time he spent fifteen minutes with me helping me find the right .21 cent screw for a manual coffee grinder I was trying to fix. That's the thing about this place - it's got the stuff, and it's also got the staff who are happy to help figure out which stuff to get and how to use it.

Everyone there is so helpful. If they don’t have it, they will tell you where to get it. I do not waste my time with Lowe’s or Home Depot anymore.

I was meeting a friend for brunch and noticed the hardware store on the corner so I figured it was a perfect opportunity to get the bolt I needed to fix my walker. Ultimately Dathan did something w a drill and then replaced the screws and bolts on both arms and everything works great and i cost me maybe $1 for the screws and bolts! I asked if he accepts tips and he said to leave a google review. There’s not a lot of mom&pop shops left so I will totally tell you to go hit them up for your hardware needs.

I was trying to repair our oven door and there was an incredibly stubborn screw that would not budge. I brought the door to Beaumont Hardware and two employees tag teamed it for a good 45 minutes, working on it until they had succeeded. They charged me nothing for the wonderful help I received. Can't say enough good things about my experience. This place has a true neighborhood feel. I will come back here frequently for my hardware and home improvement needs. Thank you!!

Sweet little hardware store with incredibly knowledgable staff. Small store with a surprising variety of items. Dogs are welcome. Nice supply of gardening items and just about anything you need to make a simple fix or upgrade to your home.

We went here a week ago. I couldn't bear to go to the bathroom anymore. When I asked if there is a bathroom they told me "not really". I was going to buy some things but I said better not because they were even following me throughout the store. They thought I was going to steal something. We are not here to rob anyone. That's why I'm never coming back here and my people here don't want to see us.

Amazing customer service! I went in looking for a few screws that fell out of my rear license plate. The gentleman on the floor grabbed two boxes of screws, a screwdriver and walked with me to my car to find the correct size. I needed the extra TLC today and he saved me valuable time!! Thank you!
