I had an amazing experience buying a car from here. One of the very few times that has happened while car shopping. Maria, Lucas and Jonny were all seriously helpful with none of that pushiness that usually comes from car dealerships. Maria really listened to exactly what my budget and car expectations were and got me into exactly what I was looking for. "lets shoot for the stars" she said and that is exactly what we did.
A big thank you to the team at Dick Hannah Acura, I am truly grateful for my Subaru.

Careful coming here please.. the sales person literally told me “I’m assuming you don’t make xyz” which is crazy to say to any customer who comes in to look at cars, especially at a dealership no less.. I am a federal employee, yes I am very young but I work hard for my money and wanted to treat myself to a new vehicle but the experience was embarrassing, humiliating, and uncalled for.. the gentleman who insulted me was named Brad I believe. And when the general manager called me back he went on about how nice that guy was and didn’t even apologize for what was said to me even though he straight up insulted me so I wasn’t sure what the point of the call was. Very sad as I wanted that car and was going to work in every way possible till those words were said to me and I decided to take my business elsewhere

My wife and I went in looking to replace my daily with an TLX I found online and were helped by Maria Hall. Our experience was so good we actually ended up replacing both of our vehicles.
Everything was handled with top notch customer service from when we drove onto the lot until we left. They even upgraded the window tint for me without charging anything extra. I’m definitely coming back when I need to replace one or both of my vehicles and I’ve never said that about a dealer previously.
Stop shopping around, just go here and ask for Maria. You’ll be thrilled.

My 22-year-old daughter went in there had me on the phone while negotiations were happening, and after several hours there, the general manager came in and told my daughter "her car was a piece of junk" *what he said was more crude however I do not have the capacity to repeat all the awful things he said. Here's my advice for anyone if you are only treated kindly based on them thinking that they're going to sell you on one of their vehicles and then treat you like scum when you're no longer interested is super unprofessional. GM - my daughter doesn't nickel and dime it like you, she's a federal employee for the US government so before you stereotype younger folk make sure you get the information before making your ignorant assumptions ✌️ @ Maria Hall you could have spoken up and told your GM that YOU misunderstood instead of letting him undermine and disrespect my daughter.
UPDATE: THE REAL GM CALLED ME BACK. Apparently the guy that told my daughter that was some type of sales lead person or something. His name is Brad. The GM seems to really care however, like I let him know there's
more pressure on him now since he's responsible to make sure his team is providing respectable customer service. Although he attempted to set the expectation to do everything possible to increase this review, he was not able to offer anything like he originally thought. I'm hoping that this is not due to the fact that I told him I would not increase his review because this is the result of what his employee did to my daughter and should never happen to anybody. The bottom line of my review is, be careful make sure to know what your budget is and to communicate what you mean as a buyer, because it can get misconstrued really fast and result in a bad experience.

Came in at 4pm on a Sunday, staff was friendly and super patient, sale went passed when they closed and they still didn't seem rushed. A bit persistent with the extras despite my repeated refusal but that's car buying! Overall, I am.very happy with my purchase AND it's local too!

Would go lower than 1 star if possible, I emailed with the salesman about certain vehicles I was interested in gave him all my info about credit, income, and he told me to drive the 3 hours 1 way and we would get you in something. I did and upon arrival he seemed to not remember me and I drove 2 cars in a total time of 6 hours while being ignored, and constantly asking me to drive something that I didn't want. Then lost my license and basically accused me of having it. It was a complete mess and I would never go there!

I bought my 2024 MDX here and the GM Maisam and finance gentleman Jonny were fantastic. I had some struggles paying my leased ford from a previous dealer and they bent over backwards to help me! Great team, great experience, overall great.
