DHL is a joke, I was suppose to receive a package almost 4 days ago and the note says that the driver was unable to deliver to me because he couldn't get in due to the fact he had no gate code...How is that, We have two parking lots and one of those parking lots is always open due to the fact that the gate is busted... (Please make that make sense.)The gate on the other side of the complex is very finicky, I am actually really nervous now because if I get the same driver delivering to me are they going to claim after I gave them a gate code (on the DHL website) and he has to enter it a few times because some of the buttons stick... Lemme guess, he'll claim the code didn't work, I mean if he's gonna say he couldn't get into a complex with a gate that was wide open...Whats next...Am I, an elderly disabled man who struggles to walk going to have to come pick up my package... It's just ridiculous because all the other DHL driver who have delivered here have always used the other parking lot and been able to clearly see the gate was open... I have a feeling I know exactly what happened, actually it's pretty obvious, this driver just didn't want to do his job...

Still haven’t received my package. I ordered this item from Amazon, but had no idea it was going through DHL. It’s a week late & still haven’t received it. Their updates aren’t truthful at all either. I was at home all day Friday evening when they claim the attempted delivery. Let’s hire competent employees please!

I had a priceless drawing of a Balinese woman in a ceremonial headress that I was shipping to my sister in Portugal. JAN & KIKI gave me the Best customer service ever! Jan carefully wrapped it and Kiki handled the logistics with ease. These two ladies provided me with a great DHL experience and the drawing made it to Portugal, in perfect shape, in just 4 days! I needed to ship 4 boxes to my daughter in Berlin. They were quite busy that morning which can be stressful to those on the other side of the counter (DHL Staff). Stephanie J treated each customer with such kindess and respect AND it was refreshing. Stephanie made the complicated process easy and when we had some delays with customs she quickly helped to clear up the hold and communicated the situation to me. I waited for them to come to the door (I needed to sign) after getting notified my package was "OUT FOR DELIVERY" NO ONE SHOWED UP! Then I get a "sorry we missed you text." On top of that I way overpaid for express shipping! My package, had it even arrived at my door, was 4 days late! Now, I have to take time off work to drive across town and pick up my package because they close at 5.

- Stated my package was delivered- Admitted they lost it once I called them- Found it- Delivered it to a totally different address in my neighborhood- Refused to report it missing because they would "go back and try and get it from the house we delivered it to"- Did not recover it- Never delivered the package- Still show it as "delivered" on their platformMy worst experience with all the shipping companies. I will never use again.

Walked in basically at closing and I was nervous that I had missed the opportunity. I live 40 min away. He unlocked the door and got me in. Customer Service agent was very kind and helpful. Got me in and out quickly! I had been waiting for a scheduled pickup for weeks and no show. Should’ve just driven here and dropped the package off weeks ago. It would’ve saved me such a hassle.

I came to pick up my shipment but it was closed because the traffic jam but they still help me get my package and other customers who came so late but wanted their great kind help ❤️ You are angels we will take a flight with the package you saved life!! Unlike the customer service on app and web were so mean to me that "you never made it dont even try to go there!" You sucks!

The worst lost of time and money.I Pat 350$ to send a box of clothes from Portland to Spain.I Pay express delivery and Its 1 month now and didnt arrive. All was correct they say When I send that package.So they return the box to Portland?? without any reason.They dont refund the money.Waste of time and money. I hope they Can close that ****
