Second major appliance purchase, second major satisfaction. Good value, advice that is meaningful, excellent interactions and follow through. If you absolutely MUST have something they can't get, go somewhere else. Otherwise, there's no reason to shop at any other appliance store.

They don’t stand behind products. Won’t be returning. Beware, they won’t mention this before you pay but they’ll give you a receipt that says “picked up items cannot be returned”. Zero customer service, just sales.
Post review response to Brian: I understand your “Zero Customer Service” policy probably requires snarky replies with made up details but if you decide to discuss the sitch as I politely requested, I’d consider improving this review..

Love this place, great staff & great prices!
However- KITCHENAID PRODUCTS ARE HORRIBLE.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Our induction cooktop had not worked properly since we bought it. We finally had a service man come out and look at it. The cooktop was wired incorrectly at the factory causing other module failures in the unit. We spent over $600 in repairs and it still is not working correctly. It would cost over $1200 to fix. We also bought a KitchenAid microwave, oven, dishwasher and a fridge. We have had a repairman out to fix EVERYONE of these items. KitchenAid is very over rated for quality.

I've been shopping at DeWhitt's for about 10 years now. When we built our new home a decade ago, we purchased all our appliances from them. Since then, we've bought several more items, including a garage freezer earlier this year. Unfortunately, our washer and dryer broke down in August 2024.
As always, I shop around at various appliance stores, but DeWhitt's consistently comes out on top—beating the competition on price, customer service, support, and even delivery.
When my new washer and dryer were delivered, DeWhitt's included all the necessary hoses, the dryer vent, and any other parts as part of the delivery fee. I really appreciated not having to buy extra parts to use the appliances I had just purchased. I always recommend checking out DeWhitt's to anyone in the market for new appliances.
Here’s a tip for anyone who lives in Washington: if you're getting appliances delivered and you're worried about extra fees (and you know what I mean if you live in Washington and shop in Oregon), make sure you let them know you’re from Washington. They might give you a discount on something—you'll know it when it happens. I'm being coy for a reason!

Brian at DeWhitt is great! He assisted me in purchasing a dishwasher over the phone. He listened to what I needed and directed me to a couple of great choices. He provided the model numbers for the units that met my criteria so that I could plug them into the DeWhitt website, which, to my relief, worked with them smoothly. We were able to complete the sale and installation over the phone. Easiest appliance shopping ever! Not only is he knowledgeable, he’s personable too.

DeWhitt has been wonderful to deal with. I replaced my washer and dryer, changing my mind midstream. It took several iterations
to get the units I needed and get them placed and installed just where I want them. DeWhitt patiently helped me through it all and now I have a pair I love so much I've named them!

Brian Gross was a pleasure to work with. He made us feel comfortable and informed when we made our large purchases for our first home. I highly recommend using this store because they have competitive prices and you're supporting a smaller company. We will definitely come back in the future for an oven/range!

DeWhitts customer service and assistance was absolutely amazing. Way better than any of the other places we went to who didn't seem to want our business and we're too busy to answer our questions or help with ensuring the dishwasher and refrigerator we purchased did in fact fit in the spaces we had.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE!

I recently bought a new house and Nick and his crew had just installed my fridge. The fridge had a couple issues that showed up so I called to see about warranty. Normally getting a warranty is such a hassle but not this time. Nick responded to me promptly and after I explained the issue he had a new fridge scheduled to be brought to my home and installed. It was that easy! Nick followed up with me and the level of customer service he provided was top notch! My new fridge was installed a couple short days later. Thank you for amazing hassle free customer service Nick.

I always work with Mr Nick. He always listens to what you have to say and what you’re looking for. I say he goes way beyond the extra mile to assure that you’re getting the item you’re looking to purchase. And even after you purchase, he’s there if you have any questions .
