We purchased our e-bikes from Cynergy E Bikes several years ago and the bikes have been great. A couple weeks ago I blew out a front tube and ended up going over the handlebars and trashing the front wheel. Called Cynergy, no appointment necessary for service, brought the bike in just before they closed. A quick diagnosis and quote and a week later they had the new wheel etc. installed, and charged me what they quoted. So…friendly staff, accommodating service, fast service!

Absolutely phenomenal! Nixie was amazing and I felt very taken care of by them. Great prices, amazing service! I'm so glad I got my bike here instead of just buying it online!

Love Cynergy E-bikes, prefer over River City for e-bike maintenance. I stopped in to look at helmets and was looking at latest model of the Giant Fastroad, I have an older version circa 2020. The front fender on my Giant had lost the sprocket, and I was asking about replacements. Sales person queried the bike tech who found an unused sprocket in the back. They gave it to me to try. With a few adjustments at home the replace part worked.

I loved that they had so many kinds of E-bikes. I called the shop and asked for recommendations for rainy, Portland rides and Jeff was so informative and kind over the phone, no pressure, just answering my 100 questions. I had asked about another brand and why I should go with one of theirs and I liked that he had practical, meaningful reasons that weren’t trashing that company. He said I could come test ride and a few hours later I loaded this gem up! Mona, the swear fairy was lovely, sprinkling her own magic everywhere. The whole shop had the most laid back, easy going atmosphere and I couldn’t be happier! I also feel so well informed and that made me feel really confident in deciding to buy. There was no I hope this lady buys a bike vibe, they installed all the bits and bobs I wanted, ordered me panniers, and Jeff even did a bunch of bike rack research because I was wrong in my belief that it could carry 4 e-bikes. Now I'm all set!

I live in Beaverton and drive by at least 9 bike shops daily, but Cynergy E-bikes is the one I trust the most. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, even though they didn't have the bike I wanted ( bought mine on-line) they still treated me like I purchased from them, and are in the process of helping me accessorize and secure it. I will be taking my Bulls Evo 1 to them for all maintenance needs. nothing but a ride to get there ?

I had the best experience at Cynergy bikes when deciding to purchase my first e-bike. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy. Mona, Bob, and Ian went above and beyond to teach me e-bike 101 and taught me the skills and tips I needed to have an enjoyable and safe riding experience. They are truly the best! Understanding I needed an affordable bike with best value, the team did everything possible to help me. Now to the bike. IM IN LOVE!!!! The bike is exactly what I wanted and is my dream bike. Cynergy ebikes has gone above and beyond for me when it comes to keeping my business and making sure I stay mobile. I've been a consistent customer of theirs for over a year, having bought my first ebike with them and using said bike as sole form of transportation. Having many dealings with them since the first time, they're just the best around. They have really taken care of me and I couldn't be happier. Shout out Bob!!! ?

I live in NE (Hollywood district) but choose to go to these guys and will do so every time. Not only is this team professional and know their stuff but everyone there is very down to earth and just genuine people.Big shoutout to Jeff, Mona and Bob as they have treated me like part of the tribe and have made sure my e-bike is taken care of with the utmost care and respect.

After buying an E-bike online, it is a good idea to have a mechanic check it out for safety reasons post shipping. In my case, the breaks were grabbing and squealing. I took it to my local bike shop in LO and they informed me they don't work on electrics, but recommended Cynergy E-Bikes. I called to schedule an appointment for "while I wait" and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was greeted by the friendly staff the moment I stepped foot inside their amazing store. Jeff, the mechanic, got right on it. Took it for a test drive, made couple of adjustments and expertly replaced the factory defective breaks, then took it for couple more test drives to tweak it into perfection. The price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional. I have couple of E-bikes and I will surely be coming back for tune-ups and services. Definitely worth the drive cross town from West Linn.

Just wanted to give a big thanks and appreciation for a local business that is doing things right. About 2 months ago, it broke down (believe it was a sensor) and brought it in to Cynergy. They gave me a loaner (even better e-bike). There were some problems with the manufacturer and parts and I finally got it back last week. Although it was still under warranty for parts, were very gracious and didn't charge me anything for labor either!Yes, two months is a LONG TIME.. so I think that's why they went the extra distance. I even had a flat on the loner they changed for me. (lots of glass on PDX's street now...)Very much appreciate the excellent customer service!Word of advice-Another reason to buy items like bikes, etc... from local shops bc sooner or later they will need service and local shops are much more likely to take care of the customer than something online.So stoked to be able to ride my e-bike again! Thanks Cynergy!

Received excellent service today from Austin and Drew. They repaired my newly purchased Bulls Ebike that I purchased from a store in Hood River. They were thorough and fixed the battery tube lock saving me from having to travel to Hood River. Thank you
