Bought my first bike here and all the employees have been kind, helpful and friendly. Anytime I’ve had a concern with my bike I bring it in and they always help me and are attentive to the issue. Would recommend anyone to buy a bike here or get service done.

DO NOT get a tune up here.. wasted $200+ on their ‘PDX tune up’ a couple weeks ago for the first time service on my Cervelo Caledonia. Not only was my bike filthy when I picked it up (bike cleaning was listed as a feature), I also had to return to the shop after a couple rides because my rear derailleur was SO out of line.. the WORST part is that earlier this week while riding, my front crank arm came loose ? what a joke.. thankfully the guys at the downtown Trek know how to actually tune and tighten bolts to spec.I’ll never go back to this place again. Would recommend going elsewhere with your money if you care about your ride.Sorry CyclePath, you’ve lost my business for good.

I have bought two bikes and numerous parts over the years. Cyclepath is my go-to for all my service repairs. I always get personalized assistance.They have a very knowledgeable service team and they do a thorough job. I am picky when it comes to fit and measurements due to my small stature and they accommodate my requests for a specific fit.

Amazing shop, period. Most shops sell high quality bikes they believe in, Cyclepath is no different. What sets them apart is the people, the passion, and the service. My battery started losing significant range after a year and a half on my Pivot shuttle and I was in dire need of a new one. So I contacted my local pivot dealer but they couldn't help me with a new warranty battery. They said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to buy a new battery for $1000. So I contacted Cyclepath PDX and talked to Mark Johnson and explained to him the battery issues. So he went to work and got me some results. He did what other bike shops couldn't do by getting me a new battery under warranty and with urgency. So I wanna personally thank Mark Johnson for going the extra mile and effort and making something happen when nobody else could. I recommend Cyclepath PDX to everyone because they truly take good care of their customers and they build relationships for years to come.

Pretty frickin awesome place. had them build me a weareone union wheelset and I am mindblown by just how much abuse they've endured. many days in the whistler bike park and many other bike parks, many shuttle days and many miles pedaled and even more jumps cased but i haven't had to give the wheels any attention. they've held air, trueness and have zero damage. stoked over 8 months later

I have become a regular here since I live nearby. Their prices are at the upper end of some shops but so is their selection and quality. Everyone on the floor is really helpful and truly cyclists as well so I feel I can trust their reviews and opinions. They are small enough so you feel taken care of and not rushed to make a decision. Great selection and taste level of bikes. Again, not exactly an entry-level shop but knowledgeable if you need advice. Recommend!

I have been to a lot of bike shops across the country and have yet to find a better one than Cyclepath. I have been a patron for close to 10 years and the crew at Cyclepath have always been able to take care of my requests, repairs, and questions no matter how obscure or weird. Get to this shop ASAP and remember to bring the crew some beer.

I've been a regular at this shop for about a year now. I own four drop bar bikes (gravel, touring, road, and all-road) and this shop has done work on all of them. I've trusted them with a wide range of mechanical tasks and I've always left feeling well taken care of. They have FANTASTIC customer service in both sales and service. Recently I dropped off a bike for a simple repair and unfortunately something went wrong during the process but they more than made up for it by extending a very gracious solution. This shop now had my loyalty and I will be frequenting it even more. They do have many bike frames and wheels in stock and I couldn't think of a better place in town to build up a custom bike or have your baby maintained.
