CVS recently sent a letter notifying me that CVS database had been hacked and so customers' info was breached. This is one reason why I've preferred to NOT sign electronically because I do NOT accept CVS Terms of Agreement that allows for CVS to share my Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with third-parties. Each time I pick up a prescription, I ask the pharmacist to use the manual method of recording that I've picked up. However now they state that CVS has removed the 'refuse' option from their screen and CVS didn't give your employees an alternative method. I'm now FORCED to sign electronically, which gives up my PII per CVS Terms of Agreement. This seems illegal and I will speak to an attorney versed in privacy issues review this practice. The pharmacists are also bothered as CVS didn't tell them why CVS removed that 'refuse' field. Did CVS just obscure it and hope staff would not ask how to bypass electronic signature, so we are forced consent to your Terms to pick up a script? I would like to let the pharmacist know what they can do to 1.dispense as they did before. Prefereable CVS will make this clear to ALL CVS employees. If I do not hear a valid response from CVS, I'll publish your Terms of Agreement on social media highlighting the fact that customers are signing away their privacy when they sign electronically.

This CVS pharmacy at Jantzen Beach is terrible. Always closing early before the advertised hours of 7PM closing -there have been multiple times I have arrived in the evening before 7 to only find it locked up with no one to help. Not a reliable place to pick up important medications at all.

Ive had a very pleasant, easy experience with this pharmacy. Theres usually only 2 people working but I hardly ever run into a line. They fill my prescription fast, call my dr when needed and are helpful.

Can’t get ahold of the pharmacy to see if my prescription is ready, talked to the ai computer for about 5 minutes and then it hung up. Would give zero stars if I could to this dumpster fire of a company.

Seems to just open and close whenever they feel like it. They're not some sandwich shop or convenience store. They provide medications, which many require immediately for their health and safety. One cannot just pop over to some other location on a whim to get those meds. It's absolutely ridiculous. If you can't keep your store open at 3pm on a random Wednesday, then just close it permanently so we don't send our orders there in the first place!

We are so impressed with the service we received from Jeanette and Ann today at the pharmacy!! Jeanette made her way into work after a record Snowstorm today and then reached out to my husband who needed his medication!! They are always so nice to us and it really means a lot to my husband and I ,we live alone and really appreciate their friendly faces!!! Kudos!!!

I have been happy with CVS until recently. I asked a month ago for 3 prescriptions to be discontinued because my doctor had replaced them with different medications because they weren't working for me.The same day, I asked for auto refills on my medications. This month, I went in to pick up meds, and got home to find out they had filled an inhaler that was supposed to be discontinued. I took it back today, and they wouldn't return it. My insurance had to pay for a medication I no longer take, and have no use for. I also picked up more refills. I decided to look at what they were before I touched them, and there was another refill for a discontinued medication. There is one more that should have been discontinued, and I assuming it too will end up getting filled. I am hoping that my insurance will still cover the meds that I do take.

Don't go to this pharmacy! I went twice this week to pick up a prescription when their sign said they should be open. They were inexplicably closed both time apparently due to "staffing shortages". I think this is so unprofessional and frankly pretty dangerous considering they are dispensing critical prescription medications. Personally I will be moving to another pharmacy ASAP!

Worst pharmacy experience. Pharmacist was rude, didn't listen, accused me of being cheap, then lied to my face and filled my prescription with what I'm allergic to anyway because she knows better.

I really love this pharmacy. They're understaffed like many other places right now, but they work so hard. I take a fair amount of medications and have had some issues come up over the years. They always take my call as quickly as possible and I never feel rushed despite the fact that they're usually so busy. They always take the time to answer my questions and have always given me accurate and helpful information. I think one of the tech's names is Anne and she is so kind and patient. I know it's rough when places are understaffed and they can't help people as quickly as is ideal, but please try to be patient and remember that they're doing their best.

Do not attempt to reach them by telephone. The system just keeps forwarding you to one robot after another after another after another, until you get back to the first one and start all over again. It will also drop your call at random intervals, so you have to dial in again from the beginning.
