This place is literally the worst pharmacy ever! They lie about when your script will be ready and then keep you waiting. Inefficient and awful and the older man is incredibly rude. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

My husband and I live fairly close to this CVS & thought it was going to be great being so close by, however, we have lost all faith in this pharmacy and are now opting for a new farther away location.My husband has received multiple calls informing him that his regular prescription is ready for pick-up *specifically* at this location, however, every time he arrives to pick it up he has been told the prescription has never come through (this has been an ongoing monthly issue).Additionally, when I returned to ask about a prescription I had physically dropped off in-person, they said the same thing "they never received the prescription" even though I handed it directly to the pharmacist & was told it would be ready in a few days.We have no idea why this pharmacy is "losing" it's prescriptions and are frankly tired of having to ask our doctors to write new ones just to be lost again. One of the prescriptions that was lost was for a life-saving albuterol inhaler (the script given directly to the pharmacist) & we just have to pray we don't experience a severe asthma attack while we wait for a new prescription to be filled at a different pharmacy.

My experience with this pharmacy is as follows:a) a script that the app said was ready wasn'tb) a script (different one) was transferred to the pharmacy last week. I was informed that they had nothing on file.c) after calling my doctor's office yesterday, the same script was called in yesterday afternoon. I called my doctor's office this morning to confirm as it's becoming a thing leaving this pharmacy empty handed.d) I went in to pick up said script this morning only to be told that no script had been received from them and this is after being told by my doctors office that they had returned a confirmation receipt indicating that they had indeed received the script.e) in both cases, nobody thought in the name of customer satisfaction that maybe an apology would be a thought. However, today added a new twist in that by now I was experiencing (and showing) withdrawal symptoms. Both the pharmacist and the 20 something both just sort of stood there and stared at me like somehow this entire situation was my fault.Long story short, it would appear as though my experience is similar to other reviewers on this page which means pharmacy staff either doesn't read these reviews or doesn't care. Given that the major pharmacy chains are closing across the country, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to think that this one is on the short list. Hopefully so as I have no intention on returning.

I just had a horrendous experience in this store. As soon as I walked in the LP guy was watching me, I saw him doing a little note on his notepad, but I pretty quickly wrote it off as me being paranoid. But then he was popping up on the other side of every aisle I was in, every time I looked up he was watching me, I tried to smile and he just looked away. By the time I had been in there for 10 or 15 minutes I only had one thing in my cart and I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. So I went and put my one 6-pack of top ramen back on the shelf and went to leave. As I was walking toward the door, he tells me my license plate number!?! It took me a second to realize what was going on and he just said I could go ahead and leave with everything else I had taken. I was shocked and told him I didn’t have anything and immediately I went to get the other employees involved, which he tried to tell me I needed to leave. I went up to the counter and tried to show them the inside of my bag and that I hadn’t taken anything and they insisted I didn’t have to show them and that I could go and they tried to get him to leave me alone. Spoiler alert: the alarm didn’t go off because I didn’t have anything. It was terrible and I will never go back.

The "Getting to Know Your CVS pharmacy care team" poster board was creative, informative, & engaging. This made me feel like there really is no substitute for the human side of pharmacy. Thank you to everybody at the NE 33rd Ave CVS :)

Oof, the reviews on this are brutal. When I visit, the staff are friendly and courteous. (And they don’t act like it’s weird when I talk back to the self-checkout.)Being neurodivergent, I’m aware that I can be a handful at times. I appreciate that y’all are patient with me during those times.Anyhow, I'm so horrible with names, so I'll probably forget someone. Shoutouts to: Joselin, Titus, Joann, Ann, and Randall.(Also, it's not anyone at the stores fault that the store is shortstaffed.)

"Nausica" the unmasked pharmacy technician greeted me rudely and couldn't figure out her computer. She can't find my insurance information but also refuses to take a credit card or cash. She continually misgenders me as well.

This is specifically a review of the pharmacy. All employees at the main store are very helpful and kind. The pharmacy is very difficult to get a hold of and, more importantly very slow. A turnaround time of 48 hours for urgent medications is absurd and downright should be looked into by CVS corporate. I understand that they are understaffed but if you can’t get urgently needed medication, what’s even the point?

I've generally been really happy with the pharmacy until today. The clerk that helped me has passive aggressiveness down to a science, and that's one thing that I cannot tolerate!I spent an hour waiting because of an assumption she made and then she had the audacity to pull more of the passive aggressive ness when it came to picking up my order.The manager was kind and took my complete in stride.Not sure though that I'll have the stomach to go back.

AVOID this pharmacy!! They are severely understaffed and have been since this location opened. Filling prescriptions and getting basic pharmacy services is a nightmare. LONG hold times if you try to call, and usually they hang up before answering the call. I feel sorry for the staff forced to deal to irate customers because the service is horrible. The last time I was there they told me to try Walgreens.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. Slow, terrible customer service, and just flat out rude pharmacists. Skip this pharmacy.Just spoke to someone on the phone, who discarded my requests, pretended to by emotionally triggered and put me on hold to transfer to a pharmacist without actually doing it. Good job
