I always get excellent service from this location, helpful, courteous and friendly. My multiple prescriptions are handled perfectly, sent quickly and accurately. They willingly answer questions. Having read some negative reviews I have to advocate for the employees. Like most for profit businesses, stockholder demands for constantly higher earnings mean that businesses don't want to pay for enough employees to run a business. This location gained the clients for another CVS Specialty Pharmacy overnight when the other location closed. The same small space now serves many, many more clients. This location has staff members that have worked for decades before CVS took over the original pharmacy, giving great service to clients of every kind, every temperament, and vastly differing needs. That is a very rare thing...

Do not ask for a refill to be sent to you after Wednesday. They send things out at a very leisurely pace. Even if you have refills, good insurance on file, they will not bother sending prescriptions placed on Thursday before Monday.

I have been working with them for almost 6 years the whole team is wonderful. But JOY is my girl!! she is always so helpful and helps me with my meds. A bazillion Gold stars for her! Joy, Thank you for all your help you are always a pleasure to work with.

This pharmacy employs the most incompetent employees who will straight up lie to your face to avoid doing any work. These people are lazy and have no business being in healthcare.

Last year I would have given 4 star service for decent service from these folks. This year the phone intake cannot understand me giving the ID and it takes 10 minutes to reach a person.Once you reach them they say they have to put you on hold and transfer you...each and every time, I am then disconnected. Nearly impossible to reach a person to answer your questions. They have a different "department" for almost anything you need from them. They messed up the billing last year and I thought it was no big deal, even though it took a couple hours to clear it up. But after being shuffled around and cut off so many times today, my head is spinning!

When your Dr. Sends in 4 new Rx there shouldn't be a question is if they should fill them or not after waiting for days I called them and they wanted if I want to have them filled I'm scratching my head I don't know what the doctor sent him a cross for them maybe just for the fun of it. This has happened more than three times. It's a little ridiculous. It'ss like going to a restaurant sitting down and ordering, but four days later they come to you to see if want to eat and should they make that order that you placed 4 days ago. Come on people surprise me and do what would be the basic expectations.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at the CVS Pharmacy Specialty Services for a few months now -- and it's a great pharmacy! I figured out how to utilize the CVS Pharmacy app on my smartphone, so it's really easy and convenient to order my refills and be able to pick up my prescriptions at their NW 23rd Avenue location. Plus, I can also get other errands run, and some shopping done too, since CVS Pharmacy Specialty Services is located at the "heart" (pun intended) of NW 23rd Avenue!

I have begun to really establish a rapport with this pharmacy and it has been pleasant. Its a bit nerve wracking after being with my previous pharmacy for so long (they closed), but much of the staff moved over from the other location. Really this staff is competent and friendly. They are reliable.. There were some kinks in the beginning but it was my clinic, not the pharmacy's fault. Ill probably edit the review to 5 stars later, I just need to familiarize myself more.

The price of the medicine I needed was a steal, but I’ve been pretty unhappy with the employees. This last prescription I had filled came on time, but the EXP date was almost a year over due. I called and the lady was not helpful at all. She told me I had to drive to the pharmacy to return it (I live over an hour) and that I’ll have to check with a different pharmacy. My first order was perfectly fine and I told her that, she said she’ll see what she can do after I told her that, it honestly didn’t sound like she was going to call or help me figure this out. There was however a nice gentleman I talked to the first time, if anything I’ll call him back and explain the situation. ??
