It's a fine CVS. I get meds here and sometimes basic household supplies when I need them. The pharmacy staff is always really friendly. My only complaint is there have been a couple of times where I've REALLY needed to use the restroom while waiting for my meds (which ironically is because of my meds lol) and I wasn't allowed, so I have been caught here in a pretty miserable state several times.I get why, because there are a lot of issues with people using bathrooms to do drugs around here, but also it does seem kind of weird that a place that specializes in medical and pharmaceutical supplies wouldn't have a public restroom or a restroom for customers, at least.Prob my biggest reason for the -2 stars. Just like any other CVS, otherwise.

Just walked to this location from Old Town to purchase one simple thing, and they wouldn't let me in 5 minutes to closing time, with other customers in the store that walked in right in front of me, even after explaining how quickly I'd be in and out. There business and decision or all, but just be warned their posted hours are an estimate, not an actual time.

This store is in a convenient location whether you’re driving, walking, or using mass transit. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Bathrooms are an OSHA violation as store policy is to clean once a month. How terrible for staff and customers. Why won't CVS support their people?

Easy experience, no issues, kind employees, it has its own parking lot which is difficult to come by in downtown.

It's a miracle to get through on their phone line. Consistently well over 30 minutes, if they're able to pick up at all. Often dropped when I'm around an hour wait. Just trying to refill a script bc they don't recognize the script number on their automated system. I could walk there and back sooner than I'll ever get helped on this line. For all that's good in the world, please staff them appropriately. They're such nice people at the desk and they clearly can't keep up.

Worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to, and I used to live in nyc!! The red hair dye pharmacist seems to be pretty incompetent, rude, and judgmental. She told me one of my prescriptions was going to be $800 and she looked at me up and down and said, “do you even have $800 for this?” She also told me my insurance was terminated even though I literally had my insurance ID card pulled up from the insurance website. Also they don’t answer their phones ever. I was there for 30 mins trying to figure out an issue with the red head and the entire time, the whole staff just let calls go unanswered. No wonder I’ve been on hold before for an hour with no one picking up- they just don’t care. So even though this is the closest CVS pharmacy to me, I’m gonna start making an effort to drive to another location.

Definitely a mixed bag here. Always seems like one thing or another that makes this pharmacy either slow or inoperable. I’ve had a couple good interactions but the majority have been excruciating with long hold times, wait times, or continually needing to check in on why it hasn’t been filled. It shouldn’t have to be second job just to get your prescription filled.

They mostly are as helpful as they can and very friendly and nice however, due to them being chronically under staffed the phone goes unanswered the entire day and you have to actually go down there and talk to them to get anything done which means you'll make 2, 3 or more trips for your prescriptions. It's a bit skimpy on products too I assume due to the current state of downtown but it's not dirty or unsafe ect

Corporate needs to get it's act together, the staff is doing the best they can given that there is only 3 in the whole store including pharmacy. If you call the pharmacy they will never pick up, I have literally had to drive down 3 times this week to talk to someone to get my prescription filled.

The pharmacy staff is very nice and they tend to be helpful when I'm there, however since they are chronically under staffed the phone goes unanswered all day and prescriptions will go unfilled unless you make a trip to fill it. Then they will tell you they'll get it filled next day making you go multiple times because there is no earthy way to talk to someone unless you make it there in person. The actual store is very scarce product wise and maybe that's due to the situation downtown, but at least their hours seem to be back to normal.

First of all, trying to call this place is damn near impossible. The phone system is a wild goose chase that leads to being put on hold for indefinite periods of time. Secondly, the pharmacy is severely understaffed. What employees they do have are clearly overworked because they do not care. I waited for 10 minutes just to be helped because there was only one person working. This person was clearly waiting for me to leave so they wouldn’t have to deal with me. When I finally got helped, I was told my medication would be ready in 1-2 hours. I waited over night and eventually went back in to check on my prescription only to find out they had not been processing it at all. Now I know I’m not special, but the medication in question is necessary and going without it has severe consequences. I have communicated this with the employees and yet there is still no urgency in regards to taking care of customers.Long story short, don’t come here if you actually need to take your prescriptions because you won’t get them in a timely manner.

manager purposely keeps the pharmacy understaffed and undertrained to work through as little Rx fills as possible. the staff is always strained and i am constantly waiting days in agony, all because of miscommunication and lack of effort on the managers part.
