Had a prescription sent in the morning after an appointment. They had one person staffing the pharmacy. This resulted in them not having meds filled when I returned that evening like they told me too. They proceeded to tell me they wouldn't be able to fill it until the following evening. Don't fill prescriptions here if you want the meds in a timely manner.
This location has been severely neglected with staffing and resources.

Listen, I’m not the type of person to have a low pain tolerance (especially for a vaccine or shot), but seriously DO NOT GO HERE for a vaccine.
I want to preface this by saying I did check in online AND entered my information correctly. I understand how understaffed they are but seriously was baffled by my experience.
I came in on a Friday afternoon so I expected it to be busy. I had an appointment at 5 PM. I got there and although I submitted my insurance online, they couldn’t figure it out (although this is common for me as it’s a work insurance plan). It took a bit for them to finally call me over and ask for my card.
They asked me for my card and made me sit down behind a plastic covered screen. I waited about 30 minutes before I was called back over and the lady at the counter tossed my card on the counter with an attitude and was yelling at her employees screaming “keep it moving keep it moving”. It was weird. They didn’t tell me what to do so I just went back and sat down.
They then proceeded to yell at an older gentleman who was also sitting behind the screen (and waiting for his Covid shot) because he “wasn’t supposed to sit there” even though I heard them tell him too. It’s very clear none of the team are communicating there or paying attention to who is there for what.
The person who gave me the vaccine seemed kind but when I tell you the shots hurt, they hurt. He basically pushed his arm back and hit me extremely hard with the shot. I get Covid shots and other vaccines every season I need them and I have never had an issue like this. I have a high pain tolerance so it was weird. He didn’t even clean up the injection spot and slapped a bandaid right on top. I could still see the blood and stains on my arm when he sent me on my way.
All in all, coming here for items is fine, but be wary of the pharmacy.

Visited around noon on a Sunday, minimal staffing on the front of store operations and the guy I did see made no effort to be of any help, asked about restrooms as a paying customer and was written off. Even if they didn't have restrooms he could have been more civil/polite.

We went 8/21/24 around 6pm, the two guys working were some of the nicest people. Even though almost everything was locked up they were really quick to help us. Awesome job

Pharmacy is under-staffed. The shelves are half-stocked all the time. Many items are locked up to prevent theft. There is dedicated parking in a garage, though, which is rare for this area.

The NW 13th CVS is consistently well-stocked, clean, and staffed with courteous and professional employees. I always find what I need and get a great deal with Extra Bucks or the coupons and sales they offer.

I usually go to a different pharmacy but this one offered the vaccines I needed. I was the only one there scheduled but ended up waiting several minutes while the staff were completely preoccupied and oblivious to my presence..another customer entered and they hollered at him to check in on his phone. By this time I left left without getting my Covid shot.

I was helped by Sheryl right when I came into store. Which was nice bc it seems like such a big store for only 2 staff being around to help ppl. Anyways she was so nice and helped me sigh up cvs membership and saved me 10 dollars. She's needs a raise and she would makena great manager ? ?.
