Having two employees just stare at me without saying anything while I was waiting to be checked out is a weird vibe. Lights are on, no one’s home?
Telling me to use self-checkout and walking over there with me instead of just ringing up my one item, while having cash ready, would’ve taken the same amount of time. If someone wants to use self-checkout, they would.
CVS has been a disappointment for years, no wonder so many locations are closing.

I used this pharmacy for the first time today. My doctor sent a couple prescriptions this morning and I was able to pick them up this evening without any problems.

I choose this CVS because I have great experiences. I’m able to navigate the store, there are associates to help & I get out quickly. I did find the restroom to be unpleasant. If a business offers a restroom, especially a locked one, it should be clean. This one is not acceptable. No excuses.
Otherwise the rest of the store is clean & well organized.

I’m shocked at all the negative pharmacy reviews. This is the only spot in the Portland area that consistently has had ADHD rx’s in stock given the shortage, they have pushed through same day refills so I don’t have to make the 2 hr bus trip twice, and since their switch to voicemail callbacks I’ve never had to wait more than 30 min for a response despite clear understaffing. They are always friendly when I call or pickup and it is so appreciated!!

I've had no issues with this CVS till about a week ago. They've always been very kind in the past. But last week I brought in a hard copy for more refills of my prescription. I've had this prescription for over a year and was prescribed it and filled it the same way with them for that whole time. The technician accused me of having a photocopied prescription without asking anyone else about it first. I understand that my prescription is a controlled substance, but it was very unprofessional and rude to accuse me of that without consulting the pharmacist first and doing it to my face. I feel bad leaving a negative review as the rest of the staff has been very kind, but that interaction put me off refiling my prescriptions with them. I shouldn’t have to worry about getting accused every six months when I need more refills.

Advertising vaccines when they don’t have ANYONE on staff to give them. Literally let me make an appointment and drive across town when they don’t have the vaccine OR anyone to distribute it. Shame on CVS

I have had 3 negative experiences in a row here and I really held off and kept trying because they were within walking distance, even if it was a 25 minute walk.
You can't get someone on the phone, it just goes to the corporate phone tree automatically, the phone tree is terrible to navigate, they filled my prescription incorrectly, then couldn't find my profile, made a profile for me, had trouble finding my prescription the next time because they filled it under my old profile and had to merge my profiles, then they filled my prescription instead of sending it to a different pharmacy like I asked so when I went in they said they were closed for lunch, and they started explaining to me that this is when they always close for lunch and I can wait 30 minutes (I walked up to the window at 1:30), except there is no clear signage anywhere in me previous 2 visits saying when the closed for lunch, there were no lunch hours on the phone tree or on the text reminder they sent me, the other 2 times I was there is was a 30+ minute wait to get my prescription even though they weren't busy either time. The shopping experience is depressing, everything is either locked or not stocked, including the ice cream, then they won't apply the coupons for different flavors/styles of items, you have to buy two of the same, want to get 50% off ice cream? Better buy two of the same flavor. Except it doesn't say that anywhere on the flyer, it just says buy one get one 50% off select brands. I'm over it. They've wasted literal hours of my life at this point, they need to close and get replaced. And also quit messing up my prescriptions and let a different pharmacy take them. I regret trying to work with them after the first negative experience.

The pharmacy no longer answers phone calls, you must leave a voice mail now. They do not call you back. They often are out of stock with my prescription and now it's impossible to ask if my provider can fill it there so no point in ever using this place again. Is this not some kind of FDA or ADA violation?

The gentleman working was extremely helpful when I purchased 0w20 motor oil. The security on the other hand was ridiculous. He came around to where I was and just looked at me. I said hi and he just stared " intimidatingly" at me. He slowly moseyed his way over to me. He kinda creeped me out and gave the impression that he would block me or put his hands on me. He spoke very softly in broken English. I keep saying "what? - what?" I bought the motor oil but nothing else. I was hungry and wanted something else but this guy was creepy and annoying. The cashier said he's from a separate company and asked if I wanted to make a complaint which leads me to believe I'm not the first person to feel this way. The cashier also said there aren't many people in the store and I have a bag so.... A little fanny pack and boredom caused security to act like a moron?? Whatever CVS. Totally, absolutely ridiculous!!

They get one star because of the person working was very polite. Zero stars because the bathroom is so horrid that the thought of any employee using that restroom is outright disgusting. Literally looks like someone's butt exploded all over the place and it was just left for a couple days all over the seat. It was absolutely 100% unusable unless I got on my knees and cleaned it. The rest of the store was very clean and organized.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They ask you to do everything on the app but then don't even fill your rx. When you call there is no one to talk to. I highly recommend trying to go anywhere else. It truly does not get worse than this CVS
