Pretty straight forward, the free parking in the garage can be a bit of an problem if one has mobility issues, i.e. stairs or a steep access ramp. I have yet to see the elevator as an available option for CVS customers.
This particular store seems to have more'self-checkouts' (next to the doors) than staff, hence the need for many more items, such as candy and snacks, to be in lockers cases.
It serves my purpose, though nothing special.

My first & last time I'll ever go here. I would encourage CVS to shutter this location. It's pitiful.
1.) The prices are insane. $4.99+dep for a canned Starbucks coffee.
2.) The fridges & shelves are mostly barren.
3.) If one were to inventory the sparsely stocked drug store, it would be more pragmatic to list the items that aren't behind lock & key. So off-putting.
3.) There was not one normal employee. They were all major weirdos.
4.) Tweakers return bottles to a receptacle located within the store, while their can bag drips garbage water all over the floor.
5.) The self checkout doesn't have any bags.
6.) Even though bags aren't an option, the self checkout voice shouts questions at you like "HOW MANY CVS BAGS DID YOU USE TODAY!"
Just a weird place. Places have a certain energy; this place just has a bad, pitifully sad energy. The whole PSU campus area is just depressing now.
It's a shame; it was once vibrant just a few years ago.

Susan and I are thrilled to have such a great CVS a few blocks away. Super staff - Jon, “Bridges”, and both pharmacists. THANK YOU!

It's a CVS, lots of space but limited choice outside the typical.

I switched to this CVS pharmacy from the crime-infested Walgreens on Grand only to find another empty, dysfunctional store with rude pharmacists. The children running the pharmacy are unfriendly, too rushed, and ill-equipped to help should your transaction need any special attention.

I will start by saying the actual pharmacy technicians are so kind and wonderful. They’re always so helpful and great to interact with. I also love printing out photos here. The negative thing about this location is that they haven’t restocked a single makeup item since I moved here a year ago. I’ve come here maybe once a month for a year and never once been able to buy the makeup item I came for. Nails, lashes, just regular revlon, cover girl, you name it, they don’t have it. I don’t actually know how this location stays open.

Not a bad CVS, has a pretty bad looting problem hence the empty shelves. They need security.

No horror story to report. Went in to get earplugs, asked an employee who was stocking and she walked me over to the correct spot. Self checkout was quick. Overall a totally normal acceptable experience.

If you're going to lock everything up, at least hire more people to help unlock things instead of making excuses and whining about shoplifters.

We are delighted to have CVS nearby. The staff are genuinely knowledgeable and kind. The pharmacy is professional and thoughtful. CVS always has what we need.
