I've only been here twice and each time not good. Recently I brought in some nice unused items perfect for the festive season and they didn't take anything after an hour of waiting. You will waste your time here. The style here isn't very good either, I only found one thing from searching the store all that time. Their sweaters have holes in them (check the armpits). I don't get it? They make fast fashion look better

I took in a large plethora of men’s business attire (Suits, dress shirts, slacks, etc.) and a few items a little more casual… Unfortunately they only selected two items out of my roughly 45 items as my stuff was a bit outside of their offering to their own customers - however for the two items they selected; they paid me very fairly and they were very pleasant to work with. So - go here … sell things and buy things.

I’m a bit annoyed, I really wanted to purchase this shirt that was on display on the wall and the cashier told me that I couldn’t have it- it wasn’t available because it was on hold for an employee.

This is a great store for quality second-hand clothing. Excellent pricing. There's a wonderful selection. I wish the men's selection was larger, but my daughter totally scored.

it’s very hit or miss depending on who’s helping you. I came in yesterday and the entire team that helped me was so sweet, and they really took their time to look at the items I brought in and gave me a fair offer and provided great service. I was so excited to come back today, but I was met with really negative service from the employee who helped me today. i brought in a bag of about 10 items, she had it at the counter for 1 minutes before telling me she couldn’t take anything. Everything was folded just how I left it, totally untouched. I appreciated the team yesterday really taking the time to look through everything thoroughly and I wish that was the standard store wide!

I've been to this location countless times, and I've had very good experiences for the majority of those visits. Though, when I tried to sell some of my items they gave you horrible deals or didn't take the item at all even though it was brand new and Kate spade. When I went to the downtown location they had multiple of the same exact Marc Jacob's tote bags which lead me to think that they may be fake. A lot of the items were quite expensive for the store to be considered a thrift store, though I understand that some brands are worth more. Employees are ok, they don't really seem very enthusiastic, though I guess that's more of a personality thing. I've had some good experiences though, I got quite a nice deal on this two piece set that I wear quite often, and they have a lot of cute accessories and clothing items. Overall, I'd give it a shot if you close by, but it's not my favorite thrift store ever.

Crossroads Trading Was a great shopping experience. Customer service was super nice and helpful. You can find many of your favorite brands there for a low price. It is sort of like a thrift store but with more organization and specific quality that is brought there. I did end up getting a couple of things for a great price. For example, I got an Armani Exchange sweater for only ($11). Would definitely recommend checking this place out and seeing if you can find a great deal on something you like.

One of the many trade in high fashion stores in Portland. They accept items by the season. Well organized. From what I've noticed when compared to those that shall not be named, they offer slightly higher cash value (more fentanyl babyyy!!)
When you walk in you pass the checkout then you use an iPad to check yourself in. You can shop while waiting your turn and this is encouraged by their not so comfortable bench.
Friendly people for sure. Hard to find parking in this area no doubt. Parking kitty is scared all around!

Great finds and a really great selection you can find lots of stuff, only thing is items are a little pricey but you can find some great deals on more expensive brands.
