I recently completed my L1-CF course at Blue House Fitness, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a welcoming and supportive community. The staff and coaches at Blue House Fitness are top-notch, offering personalized attention and expert guidance throughout the course. The facilities are fantastic, well-equipped and maintained, providing the perfect environment for learning and training. The course itself was comprehensive, challenging, and highly informative, giving me valuable insights and skills that I’m excited to apply. I was particularly impressed with the hands-on approach and the focus on practical, real-world applications of CrossFit methodologies. Overall, my time at Blue House Fitness was not just educational but also immensely enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of fitness and CrossFit. A big thank you to the entire team at Blue House Fitness for such a rewarding experience!

If you are like me and need workout accountability partners who will encourage you no matter where you are in your fitness journey, then Blue House Fitness is the place to go. As someone who has not taken my health seriously enough over the years, I am so happy that I took the plunge and joined my first class here at Blue House. I was intimidated at first, but those anxieties dissipated over just a few classes because there were so many people there willing to help me and encourage me. Anton and Courtney (the founders) do a wonderful job welcoming people, and this openness is exuded by their staff as well (shoutout to Miguel who is one of the best trainers of anything, not just fitness, whom I have ever worked with). I can say so many nice things about this place, but you should just come by and check it out yourself…it’s pretty amazing (and the facility is top-tier to match the community)!

I have been on and off exercising for years and I have always resisted enrolling in a gym. Blue House helped me to change my mind and get me into a routine. I am a 72 year old woman who wants to be active. The Blue House provides me with all I need: great coaches, great facility, and a fantastic community. In addition, all the exercises I do are appropriate to my skill level and help me to improve my strength and to keep my mobility. I strongly recommend it to all interested in exercising, particularly those in my age group.

Yes, it is a crossfit gym, but really, it is so much more. It is a community of support. I love going to Blue House because they have lots of class times, an easy to use app to reserve spots, track progress, and communicate to coaches and individuals, and they are constantly improving and adding fun options, e.g. cooking classes, open work space, etc.

Amazing coaching, personal training and a really supportive environment! I started at Blue House last summer having never lifted weights - a year and a half later, I competed in a deadlift competition where my Blue House coach (Jesse Dammann, shout out to him!) attended to cheer me on! Can't recommend Blue House enough if you're looking for great coaching, an awesome facility and a supportive community.

I've been a member of Blue House since September and it's been a fantastic experience. The facilities are top-notch with a spacious workout area. The CrossFit programming is excellent, with challenging and fun group fitness classes. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the community atmosphere is supportive andencouraging. I highly recommend Blue House Fitness to anyone looking to try CrossFit or improve their fitness.

Fantastic CrossFit-style gym - and a lot more. Big beautiful space. Recovery room with cold plunge tub, sauna, percussive massage guns. Co-working space. Full kitchen (where they offer cooking classes). But the best thing about Blue House is the people. The coaches are excellent at meeting you wherever you’re at in your fitness journey and helping you progress at a pace that is both challenging and comfortable. The community is supportive of one another and inclusive, welcoming people of all fitness levels, races, orientations, gender identities, etc. I was a member before the 2020 pandemic, took some time off, then started up again about a year ago. I’m so glad I did. The workouts and the community have unquestionably had a positive impact on my life.

Blue House is such a great gym! There are members with all levels of fitness, from those that don't know how to lift a barbell to elite athletes. What's best is that the coaches do an excellent job of scaling the workout to where you, personally, are on in your fitness journey. So while it may be intimidating - it's not! Anyone can do these workouts, and the community will celebrate every win with you.They've added a recovery space, mobility and cooking classes, and different workshops and intensives. There's a lot going on and likely more to come. Can't recommend enough!

Been a member here for about a year and half. The athletes, coaches, and staff are THE BEST! I've felt welcome from day one. It's the first gym I've ever looked forward to returning to again and again. From private coaches, to nutrition and cooking, to recovery and personal training, this is a space for anyone looking for good workouts, positive vibes, and a lot of fun! Can't wait for the Crossfit open this week!

After just three months, I can say with certainty that Blue House is a special place. The facility is fantastic, spacious, stocked with great equipment. The extras are a great bonus, with cooking and nutrition classes, a lifesaving recovery room, and a coworking space. The workouts are varied, challenging, and adaptable to ensure you’re getting the most out of the attentive, motivating coaches. Fitness-wise, I already have seen incredible results. But the community itself is the real draw—a wonderfully diverse mix of good people, fun classes, real encouragement, all so worth the trip to add a WOD into your day. Thank you, Blue House.

You’re allowed to come-as-you-are to a gym?! Never have I ever felt so comfortable and welcomed at a gym. The building is absolutely gorgeous and the workouts are challenging and fun.

Blue House met me where I was at and has helped me achieve things I never thought possible in my fitness. BH had a special brand of crossfit that is rooted in great people from diverse backgrounds. You are encouraged to work at your pace with friendly and gentle encouragement. Those who want to be pushed can find that here, but those who just want to work out and get a good sweat going are also well supported. A very special place. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to invest time in their fitness, benefits from external motivation, and is looking to work with some seriously kind and compassionate people.

This is a really special gym! I really enjoy the classes and personal training, but more than that Blue House has cultivated an amazing local community. If you're new to the area and looking for the gym, this is the place. Something really cool about Blue House is the focus on holistic health and wellbeing, too. There's cooking classes, a recovery center with sauna + more, and tons of community events.
