Better than the bigger chains usually, but you've had 4 people complain that you're not open Sundays and to fix your website - and you can't be bothered. This is a very difficult location to stop at and if I hadn't read the review I'd have wasted a trip and a lot of time parking and walking for nothing. This is not a small thing, and if you've had four people comment you've had more than a hundred actually show up and waste a trip. Fix it!!

Best pharmacy I've EVER used.Not only do I get delivery bc of my agoraphobia, but every call back I get, when I've had to leave messages, is usually called back within an hour.Special shout out to Raquel, who not only exhibited extra kindness and patience, but shared some of her personal experiences with me to ease my anxiety. I am beyond grateful for her time especially, but all in all, a great bunch of people. Great pharmacy, great group of employees as well. Thank you.

I came to the st Vincent Credina pharmacy for my second shingles booster. I’m so happy I did. I received excellent care from Tommy, the pharmacy intern.I had a bad experience with my first shingles vaccine from a different pharmacy that left me with a 3”x3’ red swollen painful arm for almost a month. I shared a my concerns with Tommy and after looking at the picture of my arm, he informed me that it was given in the wrong location and that’s most likely why I had such a bad reaction to the previous vaccine.He explained that it needed to be given in a specific location in the arm and mine hadn’t been.He gave me the booster and I felt zero pain. The next day I had the normal side effects from the vaccine but there was zero mark, redness or swelling.I am so thankful that Tommy has decided to join the medical community, and so happy that I was able to get my booster without having to experience such painful side effects again.Thanik you Tommy! ?

I have had nothing but the best of experiences at the Credena at St. Vincent’s, as well as Prov Portland. They have been invaluable in helping us locate and fill a hard to get prescription for my daughter. The local Rite Aid on Beaverton Hillsdale Highway doesn’t answer the phone, and almost never has this prescription in stock. Credena, between the two hospital pharmacies, Have helped us to keep the medication filled for over a year now. They take their time on the phone to help, they answer the phone promptly, and I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes in line to pick up my prescription. The prescriptions are easy to track in My Chart, too. Highly recommend.

We have a difficult billing situation apparently because we have 2 insurances and it tends to get all messed up, unless Cassie is there to handle it. Cassie goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I am so very appreciative of all she does!!!(Professional, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and truly a kind caring person).

I had Kaiser healthcare for 37 years until my employer switched to Providence at the beginning of this year. I logged into My Chart as my doctor had authorized a couple prescriptions to be filled. I guess he didn’t send them to pharmacy as I’d called Credena to refill them. The woman who answered the phone on a Saturday (May 20) was the most wicked person I’ve talked to in a healthcare facility. She was nasty in telling me those 2 prescriptions weren’t in their system. I’m still trying to figure out how the prescriptions and medical maneuvering works at Providence. With Kaiser, if prescriptions were in pharmacy to be authorized for refill then you were able to call and get them filled. I found out the hard way that’s not how it goes with Providence. Once I pickup these 2 prescriptions, I’ll never return to this pharmacy again. I refuse to do business with an entity that hires such wicked people. I’ll now get my prescriptions filled at CVS, which is closer to my house anyway. Hire more friendly people. This encounter here was an absolute epic failure. F- grade.

I love this pharmacy. For the most part the people that work here seem to really care about their job and the people they are serving. They are usually pretty quick when I come here and very friendly. I've had people that work here go above and beyond to correct issues with a prescription order. I love coming here, it's out of my way from home but I prefer it over the others because of the consistancy in having such a positive experience

I wish I could give zero stars. Emily was very rude when I found out one of my medications wasn't covered by my insurance, I was obviously upset and she rubbed it in with her sarcastic comments. Also HIPPA is just not a thing at this place, I heard every single medication the people in front of me were on, I asked her to not say my medication name as I told her everyone can hear what they are saying to patients and she still read it out loud.

Quick easy stop for your meds. The longest I’ve needed to wait has been half an hour, and that was only once. They don’t take goodRx, though, so if you need something not covered by your insurance, not a bad idea to get it sent over to whatever pharmacy is easiest for you.

Went here for my covid shot. I have a really big fear of medical things and felt if feel more safe if I was near the hospital for my shot. I specifically asked for a pharmacist to do my shot both times which they had no issues with. Both times I went in for my 1st & 2ns shot the pharmacists (Anthony & Brian) were so kind and helpful at distracting me and not making me feel d*** for crying and having a panic attack the entire time.I cannot thank the 2 of them enough for helping me with something so difficult.

I checked out of the hospital a couple of weeks ago and my insurance company tried to refuse coverage on a prescription over a technicality. The amazing people at the pharmacy spent an absurd amount of time with my insurance company being transferred countless times until the insurance company agreed to cover the medication. They saved me $1,550 which is what I would've paid out of pocket. Thank you all so much!

I was helped by Emily Vo, and she was VERY HELPFUL. She definitely did NOT look like a 12 year old girl but a very mature WOMAN who was efficient and polite. All my questions were answered quickly and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. You guys keep up the good work!
