This is one top notch business! I had a issue with an order and contacted them by email. I received an immediate response and the issue was fixed same day. I purchased the AntennaX to replace an antenna that was taken from our work van. It gets amazing AM and FM reception and it looks great.

Ordered couple of GoPro mount for my cars. Upon reception I discover that the studs were shorter than expected despite I ordered the right parts number for my cars (looks like European BMW cars require longer studs than US ones). Contacting CravenSpeed support, Danielle has been extremely responsive and immediately sent me over 2 longer studs free of charge. I just received them and everything is fine. Extremely good build quality and extremely good customer service. I strongly recommend. Thanks again Danielle!

It’s very rare these days to get EXCELLENT customer service. I did not receive the package that USPS confirmed delivering. I reached out to the company immediately after receiving their delivery confirmation and they responded favorably with no hesitation sending out a second package. The antenna on the roof of my 2008 Chrysler 300 was finally destroyed by my local car wash. I ordered the "Original Stubby" antenna designed by Craven Speed for my car to replace the old factory antenna. The antenna arrived 3 days prior to the anticipated date! Super easy to install and I've had great reception for my satellite radio stations. Super happy with how it looks and performs! Highly recommend their products.

I needed a way to mount my license without drilling holders into my car. The tow hook worked out perfectly! My first shipment never seemed to go out so I emailed them and they were quick to respond and get a new one out for me. Installation was so simple I did it myself in less than 3 minutes.

Not only does CravenSpeed provide some of the highest quality and most innovative parts and accessories for my MINI, I've also learned they have some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. When FedEx did not deliver a crucial expedited part within dates as promised, CravenSpeed went out of their way to send an additional part through another delivery service to ensure my car was not hanging from a hoist accruing costly shop fees. I ordered the platypus license plate frame for my Porsche. It was built to use the tow hook. The part fit perfectly, but the sensor covers did not work on the Panamera. I contacted Danielle and she recommended the frame for the front grill and it worked perfectly as well. Quality of product is high and no need to block any parking sensors. Great customer service.
