There were a few bags I was looking at online, but I wanted to check them out in person. I didn’t catch their name, but the employee who helped me (short pink hair?) was so incredibly helpful. Highly recommend stopping by the store if you need help choosing a backpack!

Such a great store! I have loved Cotopaxi for a long time, but finally going to a physical store was great. Kaylee was super helpful and showed me all the great features for one of the bags I had been considering for a long time. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I had such a wonderful experience when I visited this store to submit a warranty claim on my backpack. Noni and Fabi had me smiling and laughing while they seamlessly problem solved my difficult request. Thanks for being such a delight and a dynamic duo.

If I could give them ten stars, I would. This has quickly become my favorite store on NW 23rd, not just because their connection rocks but mainly because they have an awesome staff! Friendly, helpful (but not pushy), knowledgeable and overall just darn nice. Folks like Noni, Fabi, and Cole go above and beyond every time I visit this location. Also, my dog gets spoiled in this store so yes I'm biased ?.I've purchased many products from this location and I've been very happy with all of my purchases. Even if you're not looking to get something, do consider stopping by. It's a great shopping experience!

Visited Cotopaxi, which is a sustainable outdoor apparel brand. Cotopaxi is a fair fashion brand known for their high quality outdoor essentials. The brand sells colorful products that make the world a little bit better with every purchase. It can be a little expensive for many people, but if you're a hiker or someone who loves the outdoors, getting some different from this brand is probably in your best interests, I presume. A bag can range up to $30 to $ 300+, or any part of clothing can range from $25 to $200+. I believe the brand was named after one of the world's highest active volcanos, Cotopaxi. The employees that the shop were really kind and helpful.Overall, I would recommend coming to the shop or shopping online if you're an outdoor person looking for a statement piece for your travels or something reliable that you can depend on in harsh conditions.
