I had an issue, they found a solution. Only spent maybe 15-20min max for it to be completed. Gave me some extra advice on another issue an simply left it at "if u wanna fix it gimmi a call." This is how i wish every visit where i have to pay for srvices rendered could go, usually its like pulling teeth with back a forth high bids an shoddy work while hustling u for more. Whole experience was deluxe an definitely where ill take my cars in the future. Minor advanced notice, recommend you bring cash. An good luck spotting the shop drive entrance on the first try. I almost had to circle back a 2nd time to find it.

absolutely a rip off artist! charged me $50 to install a $1.00 tire plug that leaked before I made it half way home , then wanted to charge me $100 for a tire that had 10% tread left and was very rude and Prejudice What he didn't know is I'm fluent A couple different Languages And i understood everything he was saying in his mother's tongue and then we tell you what I can't repeat here. You wanna get ripped off and treated like garbage? Go to low cost tire. Cause that's all your gonna get there..

I went to this place today, his dad gave me the card to his other Bussiness , I called this guy , and I told him exactly what I was driving he tells me 20 bucks a tire and 5 to mount, I get there and he's trying to sell me 400 dollar tires. And that just me taking them, not mounting them. He told me it cost 30 dollars a mount.. and then try to sell me 2 tires 80% thread for 160.. look guy I went to Walmart and got brand new tires 80 dollars a tire plus 18 to for full rotation weighted properly and have a 15 year warranty.. they are used tires . I understand your in a business but don't tell me you will sell me a tire with worst thread than I already have for 20 bucks and not mount it .. bad for business I don't like lairs . And people trying to rip me off .. One Star added .

Would love to give a 0, he gave me a time he would return, he got there 30 min late, I stood there for 15 while he was on phone and he didn’t even try to get off phone, I said I was leaving he didn’t care so I left. After driving 20 miles to get there. Sucked

Do NOT go there. Horrible place to deal with, I've been patient and waited more than an hour(without notice) just to get my tires installed. I bought them and installed somewhere else.

I see why most reviews here are horrible. I know people try to support Ukrainian businesses, but the owner of this place, Vitali Kornuta, is a criminal with a history of stalking, harassment, and other crimes. He used to live in my neighborhood, but he’s been seen stalking and throwing beer bottles at my house here in Vancouver, for no reason, other than me calling him out many years ago. I’ve heard many horrible stories about how this guy would break your car, so they can charge more to fix it. The city needs to shut down this shady rip-off business. Read all the other bad reviews and you’ll see what I mean. Any few good reviews were left there by his relatives. He could afford to drive around in the black G-wagon because of the cash under-the-table he was able to rip off of customers. These guys aren’t licensed to work on your car, they have no clue what they are doing. The police is very familiar to this guy.

Called and was told to wait an hour and half waited an hour and half still wasn't there called again told to wait 40 more minutes waited still wasn't there called again was told 5 minutes 45 minutes after that finally he's there was told a set price for my size tire get in there doesn't have my size and tries to up the price 40 dollars...Would not recommend and the tire he was trying to sell me was the wrong size and worse than the one I have on my car already. Nope

Told the guy i needed 215 50 17s on the 2 tires that blew out while i was on the highway. He put on a 235 60 17 and a 235 55 17 and said same same it will work. Now i cant drive my car and its just sitting there and im gonna have a hell of a time getting to work. They took the last of my money and didnt even give me the right thing

So I came here after calling to get a garbage tire. Because I am giving my car to the record.I showed up, and this guy says, and I'm not lying. $50 $50 for garbage tire. And I tell him you just told me it was Philly on the phone. He said, are you smoking crack? This is unacceptable business practices and horrible customer service. Everybody do not go to this place. They will rip you off and lie to you.

I had a flat tire and was towed to this shop I called and was quoted 20$ a used tires I arrived and once coming I was told it’s 20$ a tire but who was goin to put it on? I literally only came here bcuhz of the quote and I’m leaving with 1 tire for 40$ and had to go back and forth for 1 hour

Cross threaded my lug bolts. Overtightened so hard that it took a 5ft breaker bar and all my weight to break them all loose. Lost 3 of 4 hub centering rings as well.DO NOT GO HERE

Cost Less has a prime and visible location, right on Division St. Unfortunately, they cannot seem to follow the law, and continue to block the bike lane in front of the business. At first, it was cars/vehicles which they would illegally park there. More recently, they've planted a giant garbage bin right in the bike lane. It is really dangerous for bicyclists, and frustrating that the City doesn't seem to enforce the rules to protect bicycle riders.If the business owner would like to reach out to me to confirm that they are no longer blocking the bike lanes, I'll be happy to remove this 1-star review.

. DO NOT GET TIRES HERE! Bought 4 and with in 2 days 3 went flat. I understand it's used tires but you don't pull one tire off that only had a valve stem issue , check in the tank (out back where you couldn't see them, come back and say that the sidewall had been punctured and that the others were probably punctured as well without even checking the others. Then said it was going to cost $150.00 for three more tires. Told him to go .... Himself, and air up my tires.

Scam!!!! Called for a price over the phone, they said $25, I show up and they wanted $65, figured I wouldn't load up my tire and leave. Wrong, If it had been a 10 more, I could of understood. It was very obvious they do thus to get you in the door and figure at that point your not going to say no.
