Went in today, June 29th, and the lady’s working were quit rude and short. When I asked then a question about the color dye they seemed like they didn’t want to help at all and were just overall unpleasant people.

I love this place. The staff are all so nice and helpful. They are always ready to recommend something or tell me about a popular new trend that’s out or a product that’s starting to become popular. I have been shopping there for years and will continue to even though the L.O. location is closer to me. I’m actually headed to the store right after this.
