I love delivering to this place, staff is very professional, nice big place easy backing. Show up on time for your appointment and you’ll get a door right away. Very quick unload.

I just had the most amazing experience here and can debunk all of the negative reviews on here. I met the so-called "mean old lady" from these reviews. First of all, she's not old, and second, she was one of the sweetest and most professional people I have ever encountered. Her name is Stephanie and I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to deal with. She was able to get me on a dock quickly and even went out of her way to get me unloaded fast so I could make my next appt on time. Perhaps it's my fellow truckers that are the problem. If Stephanie is like me, then she probably gives to people what they give her. I do my best to treat people with respect at all times. Stephanie was amazing and totally made my day! I would definitely come back here. Thank you, Stephanie!

Was on a call with Elijah. Pretty damn rude. On 8-6-2024 @ 9:40 a.m. Please pull the recording and retrain this individual. At the end of the call, he was dismissive. Not good customer service.

Overall it’s a good place to deliver too. My appt was at 11:00am showed up 11:26 got a little attitude from the guard check guy but I explained that I drove around the whole building and since there isn’t any signs of Coremark freezer section which is At building B and blended with a different company. It took me a couple minutes to find where I was actually delivering too. Since there was only Two pallets coming here I was given a door right away and was in my way in about 45 minutes. The guy who unloaded me was cool. So overall a decent place to go to.

I got here at 7:20 while my appointment was at 8:00 . I got unloaded and done till 9:00 but the women working here is so rude and doesn’t know how to talk with a human. Don’t come early and be patient to not make an argument with this lady.

Do not work with Michelle Lachance or any other drug addicted supervisor , no communication, she’s racist and selective, if you’re POC expect to have more physical job than the rest of your co workers, they expect you to finish the job that other people ignored for the entire shift. Oh they give u free lunch time to time, perfect for broken , desperate and “kicked out of school guys”, she also “ create” an un existing position so I can “apply “ , after a week I found out that I got hired as a truck loader as the rest of the guys but I was the only one doing physical stuff instead of driving and loading. The rest of the guys were Her favorites so they’re were chilling most of the time, lack of communication, poor pay for living, poor management
