Bob and Bud did amazing, efficient and perfect work on my Rover. Their communication was spot on and so helpful, especially in dealing with part delays. They paid attention to every little detail including more plus an auto detail inside and out. Highly recommend!! Plus they gave me a bid instantly, like they wanted my business and 2 other shops couldn't even be bothered with me.

Friendly service, clean facilities, conference and meeting rooms are spacious and the decor represents Portland. Lots of places to sit and comfortable seating.

Well, to start with, I will say that I never write reviews. But the experience I had today at Convention Center Auto Body was so unusual I felt I HAD to do something. I stopped by to get an estimate for repair on the hatchback door on my Subaru, which had been damaged. Bud Foteff greeted me like he cared about me and the business he runs. He followed me out to the car and, instead of giving me an estimate for a costly full-blown repair, he recommended a mobile guy to fix the dent. Not only that, he went back into the building and got a rag and a bottle of solvent and proceeded to rub off all of the residual paint from the other car (it really wasn't a car but whatever) to the extent that it was definitely acceptable. I was amazed that he took the time to do this. He refused any payment. It is rare to find such an honest, helpful and friendly person in everyday business. I would highly recommend this place!

Someone unfortunately backed their RV into my car in a parking lot recently and did some decent damage to the rear bumper and hatch. I read good reviews about Convention Center Auto body, especially about how communicative they are so I opted to go with them. They exceeded my expectations on all fronts. I received clear, concise updates 2-3x per week via voicemail with no expectation to call them back unless I had questions. We were never playing phone tag which reduces the stress and frustrations so much. They had a little bit of a wait to get into the shop, but was well worth it. They did an amazing job on the body work and paint, practically detailed the entire car inside and out, and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. I hope I don't need to call up a Body Shop anytime soon, but if I do they're already saved in my contacts. Thank you again guys!

Fantastic customer service. The only place (of the 4 or 5 I called) that was able to get me in for a quote within the same week as opposed to waiting 2-3 weeks AND took care of my car the same day!

Bob was super friendly, communicative, and offered competitive prices compared to other auto body shops in the area. I dented our back bumper, and he fixed it good as new. Even though they experienced a delay in ordering the replacement piece, once they got it they were able to finish the job the next day. Thanks for your help!

I've never been treated so poorly at the body shop and I've been coming to them for 25 years so rude so unprofessional if you want to deal with a couple of assholes that will Chase after you out to your car screaming profanities then this is the place for you.

A car accident can be rather stressful and scary at times. The folks here make you feel at ease, and like family throughout the repair. My wife and I cant thank them enough. "Shes a real beaut Clark!"

The guys here we're extremely helpful and communicative. They filled me In each step of the process and helped me from start to finish arranging rental car pick up and drop offs. End results were even better than expected. There were a couple other spots on my vehicle that were damaged and they took the extra time and energy to put some time Into it for an even better than expected finished product! Thanks for everything!
