I’m sure this pharmacy is fine and dandy but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere due to a bad experience with a tech. Ange chan had a bad attitude and was very unprofessional mean-girl vibes… passive aggressive.I expect better service from a so-called professional. Ange chan your job isn’t rocket science!! Move quicker & stop being so darn lazy otherwise don’t bother showing up to work. I get that you don’t get paid enough to do your job well but cmon!!I can’t stand nor tolerate people who think they’re better than others — especially those who don’t understand the basic laws and regulations of pharmacy!!! For someone that appears to take themselves very seriously, you’re a joke at your job. Do better.

Last year had really decent 4 star service from these folks. This year the phone intake cannot understand me giving the ID and it takes 10 minutes to reach a person. Each and every time they transfer me I am disconnected.

Absolutely awful how they would just go home at night and not make sure all orders from Hospice had been processed so that facilities can give morphine to dying patients overnight.

This pharmacy service has the contract to supply meds to the memory care center where my mom lived until she passed away in the third week of January. They billed us after she died…statement dated 1/31/22…for meds they supplied expecting her to pay the bill. I explained the total value of her estate was zero. They said they would take care of it but just I got another bill. When I called, the guy I talked to said they had turned the bill over for collection. All other health care providers have been way more understanding than these guys. If you have a choice, don’t choose Consonus.

I don’t know what happened these people in their past, the ones who answer the phones. I all can say is that it must have been very bad. I personally would never contact these people or do any business with them ever again unless I had no other choice. Id probably just go without my medication instead of dealing with these people again. To me it’s just sad and depressing that there is people out there like that.

My doctor called them before sending my prescription to be certain that they COULD fill an emergency prescription for life sustaining medication. Consonus told my doctor that they would have no problem filling this prescription AND delivering it to me that night (a Friday). This was the only reason we chose to do business with Consonus that day. But after our doctor confirmed this with them, we heard NOTHING more from Consonus. That is, until WE called them early on Sunday. They said “sorry”, but that they had no way to fill the prescription - and we'd have to get it from someone else! W. T. F. !!! Why did they tell the doctor that it would be no problem!?! This prescription is very common, and we COULD have gone to any local pharmacy Saturday morning had they not lied - OR - if they had the decency to call us and let us know that they lied and were not able to fill the prescription. But all local pharmacies are closed Sunday near us. SO, Instead we went the whole weekend without this life sustaining prescription because of their dishonesty, negligence and deliberate indifference to my serious medical needs. If I wasn't so sick I would sue them!!!!
