Try to order already 2 weeks. Bad communication, rude person Bob try to forward again and again. No hi or hello, really feel like person doesn’t want to work or tired to answer on phone calls.

The go-to place for your plumbing, heating and water works needs! Two locations around Portland and one in Tigard. It can be a little Chaos anytime of the week for professions to stock up on supplies. . You can call in your order and can be a hit or miss with getting correct supplies and on time. I appreciate them even being there and being open for when we need something.

Stopped by at 2pm (Tues). Walked into a staff meeting. Very awkward. No one said hi despite 2 employees being within a few feet from me (I'm standing just inside the front door). After a few min of hearing sales numbers and feeling like an employee I decided to leave. It was only then someone told me it would just be a few more minutes. No thanks.EDIT:Because of the reply I got to my review, I decided to try stopping by again since I work a couple minutes away). Went by about a week later and received great service. I'm not a plumber so I thought I'd get an impatient representative with a bad attitude (my usual experience when going to electrical or plumbing supply stores who cater to professionals).But the guy I spoke with (Paul, I think) was very patient and helpful. Changing my review to 5 stars.
