Noteworthy details: We arrived at midnight and the hotel shuttle runs until 11:30 PM, and the staff called an Uber to shuttle us from PDX to the hotel. What great customer service.

Rooms were average. Location was fine, nothing special. Service was good and courteous. Breakfast was very good... Hot scrambled eggs, biscuits, potatoes.... Best part of the stay .... Coffee was good too. ?

Newly remodeled bathrooms are nice.I had a suite, so lots of space.The refrigerator had a nice size freezer, I was able to keep my gel packs frozen.5 min from the airport.

This comfort suites was so nice! So clean and smalt wonderful (for a motel) the free breakfast is always a plus not having to run out early morning to get food. The shower was nice although the water pressure was subpar. Location was great 5 minutes from airport with that being said I hardly heard the airplanes going by. The area is very nice.Rooms: The room we got was a king size suite with a sofa. It was very roomy and airy. Had a microwave and mini fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom was great the shower was very clean n nice roomy. Although the shower pressure is subpar.Safety: I felt very safe here. Our room keys were the ones you just wave in front of the door. There was always someone at the front desk. Parking is a little tight but it's good for guests only. They ask you for your license plate number so they make sure your car belongs there at night.Food & drinks: Breakfast was "OK" what you think you would get for a free breakfast.

I have continuously called this place to dispute a charge. After i told them my room smelled like smoke upon checking in, they then proceeded to charge me for the cleaning fee. Not once did they come to the room while i was there to resolve my complaint. They will not call me back about the issue. Staff was not helpful, and Area is definitely not safe. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL.

It was a great stay! Front desk was amazingly friendly & welcoming, I believe it was Jared who welcomed me. I had requested if I could get in my room rose petals because I was going in for my wedding, but the manager was kind enough to send me an email letting me know it stains the sheets, and they wouldn't want the laundry bill to be applied on me, so its understandable. I had been looking for a whirlpool for the longest online, other hotels would tell me they didnt have tubs in rooms no longer, or it didnt work, so to have found this hotel, with this feature STILL was beyond great!!! I will definitely be going back!! ??Rooms: Beyond spacious, cozy, and very clean!!

I have been flying to Prtland to see my mom on multiple occasions. My flights are usually late in the evening so coming to a hotel that is close by the Airport, is very comfortable, staying for the night, having breakfast and then having the ability to travel to see my mom has been very helpful. It is not super fancy but it is clean and comfortable.I love the beds this location is awesome and breakfast are great. There is no fee for, internet, parking or breakfast Great value for the price it makes traveling much easier to stop here before I go to my mom's.Rooms: The rooms are very clean every time I've stayed the beds are very comfortable the linens are nice and the bathrooms are also very cleanFood & drinks: They offer a breakfast that usually features eggs either bacon or sausage potatoes of some form also has an option of yogurt fruit cereal juice and coffee quite a value considering the price of the rooms are very reasonable And there is no extra cost for the breakfast

2 miles from the airport. Easy to get to everything from here. Room was clean and the beds good. They were remodeling part of the hotel while we were there but it didn't interfere with our stay.

Nice stay, nice staff and quiet. Good breakfast with omelets and sausage. It's always nice when it isn’t just carbs being served and you can eat healthy. Nice rooms. Elevator and a few things might seem a bit outdated to some, but I was just visiting, so who cares? Very small fitness room, but since I was the only one in it, it worked out fine. Airport shuttle is at the top of every hour and a great convenience. Price was excellent. I had a king suite for only $118 with taxes and fees. Overall, it was a very nice stay with nearby restaurants, gas, and grocery.
