Worst customer service on the planet!
Billed for 3 orders that were never received. Shipping inaccuracies and columbia customer service is unsympathetic to customer complaints.
Avoid the hassle of COLUMBIA brand items. The call center is the worst.
Feeling ripped off and disappointed.

I tried to exchange a shirt today at the outlet mall in Ga. Both managers are rude and said I did not get the shirt from there because it didn’t show up when they scan it. Is it possible that they did not put it in inventory.Either way we won’t shop there and I will try to let e every one know not to shop there.

Please be aware that if you buy anything from Columbia online and need to return it, they do NOT give you back the shipping fees that you paid for. Even if you bring the item in perfect condition, tags attached, with packaging to an actual store in your area, they keep the shipping that you paid. This is a very poor policy. And it's NOT listed on their website under return policies that you won't get the shipping back. I looked before I bought the item and after. It's not there. I won't buy from Columbia again, not even at the actual store. It's a risk for the consumer to order clothing online, different companies size things differently. So they have lost my business permanently over this. Their competitors don't have that bad policy so I will just keep going to them instead.

I ordered a men's fishing hoodie for a fishing trip I had. When it arrived it was a a women's tank top. Needless to say I didn't have the item I needed for my trip. When calling customer service they were wanting me to jump through all these hoops to fix their mistake.. Last time I ever order through Columbia again as the customer service is horrible.

If I could give zero stars I would.tldr: Shipping timelines at checkout are deceptive, support team entirely unhelpful, product still mia.Ordered a jacket Fri Jan 12 and paid $24 for two day shipping because I needed it (cold front coming through of -33F and my daughters jacket broke at school).Checkout stated estimated delivery of Wed Jan 17 for rush shipping. Technically this was two business days given holiday weekend. Not ideal, but no local retailers had her size, so okay.Jan 17 - no update; tracking info still unavailable. Open support ticket. Desperate for something warm for my kid to wear. No resolution or help from their team.Jan 18 - no update. Reengage support. Support tells me that their shipping policies state that processing time isn’t included in the shipping rate you pay for at checkout. But checkout specifies delivery date, not transit time.Jan 19 - receive notification from UPS that delivery will be rescheduled because they haven’t received the package yet. When I asked support to escalate to increase time-to-delivery or refund my rush shipping, I was told the manager would say the same thing - That my “2 day shipping” was still in policy with delivery through Jan 22.Jan 22 is 10 calendar days and 7 business days after order placement - and support to PAID FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING. Given it’s now 10pm on the last business day of the week and UPS still doesn’t have the package, I imagine we won’t be getting it by Monday. How this company thinks this is an acceptable policy is incomprehensible, and the “policy” and what is stated to buyers at checkout don’t align. “Est delivery date-date” indicates at the customers doorstep, not leaving the warehouse.Just bought a jacket from another retailer. Will be opening a dispute with my bank given I have zero confidence in this company’s support team. Will never give this company my consideration or money again. Highly recommend you AVOID this company.

I bought a long hybrid women's Columbia jacket and in less than a year the zipper broke and Columbia will not warranty their product! I would not recommend Columbia to anyone and I will tell everyone how horrible their customer service is.

Do not trust this company by any means. The other reviewer Johnson is spot on. Placed an order for Fairbanks boots which was in stock. The boots never shipped on promised date, given another date for shipping. No problem, things happen. On next scheduled day, nothing shipped. Sure , no worries , give them some more time, maybe they are low on staff/resources etc. Finally after 5 days the order was cancelled. Plz keep in mind, i checked their website every single day and that boot , style width and size remained in stock.Finally called their customer service, Sara confirmed the boot is in stock, at that moment i asked " Then why was my order cancelled". Suddenly , i was told oh its out of stock. Done with this company. Don't need my business , Thanks, you won't get my business. Liars. Ordered several times from Northface , Adidas, Puma, Asics , never had a problem. will sick to these brands.

Updated 12/30/2023Well, a set of Columbia boots I ordered on 11/23/23 from Columbia's website was supposed to be delivered on 11/29/2023 hasn't left the warehouse yet, and it's 12/8/2023. No one has contacted me, and the status on Columbia's website is on schedule. I'm not a happy customer.I called on December 17, and they initiated an investigation that takes 30 days. Why 30 days. They advised that they would update me every 3 days. When I didn't hear anything by December 28th. I called and spoke to a representative who said they were out of stock and would not offer a comparable boot at the same sale price. They refunded my money.Needless to say. I do not have a set of boots and could have purchased a competitors product at a similar price. This experience saddens me as I like their products and have been a long-time customer and will go elsewhere for better customer service.

Ordered shoes on Black Friday. It's the 18th of December and I'm not getting them in time for Christmas. Talked to support TWICE. I have zero information about if ny shoes are even coming. I live 20 minutes from your US headquarters in Oregon and you can't mail me shoes? Never buying from columbia again.
