Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I felt like they were honest, competent, and efficient. Found the Kia Soul on CarGurus, emailed the dealer to set up an appointment and they got back to me within a few hours. I then had to change the appointment and there was no problem doing that. When I got there (about an hour before closing), the car was available to drive around and play with all the knobs and switches and the dealer showed me the dent and the ding and we went through the car's history. No pressure to buy or include any sort of warranties, just the facts. They sent the title within weeks and now I have a decent car for my kid when they move home from college. The only thing is CarGurus keeps emailing to ask me how I like it and then they won't let me respond on their survey. Silly CarGurus. When my other car dies, Columbia Sales and Service will be the first place I check for a replacement!
