Collision Auto Glass has replaced 2 windshields, one in my Porsche and one for my BMW. Unfortunately I'm a rock chip victim AGAIN and Riley did an exceptional job fixing my chip. Not only did Collision Auto Glass welcome me in last minute at the end of the day, my vehicle was completed in less than 15 minutes. You can not see where the chip was and I'm thankful for Riley and his work.:)

Above and beyond service!We had a major leak, originally thought to be from the back window (diagnosed elsewhere) so we had them replace it. They got us in on short notice the Friday before Christmas so we didnt have to have a wet vehicle for the holidays! We were in and out in under 2 hours which I find impressive. Unfortunately we still had a leak, so we brought it back in and theychecked the window (it was all good) and then they went above and beyond for us, they found the leak, discovered it was coming from the break light AND they repaired it! I cant recommend them highly enough. I wouldnt go anywhere else for glass work.Also, the furry receptionists was very welcoming!

had an appointment to fix my front passenger window for 2pm. i told that i’ll just drop my car around 10-10:30 since I had important errands to do but at around 1pm, i got a message saying my car was done and ready for pickup! they were quick and had friendly staffs!

I've been putting off getting my windshield replaced for far too long and finally decided to get it taken care of. I got an immediate response with my inquiry with a quote and they even offered to get me int he next day. I wasn't able to make that appointment but they got me in when I was available next. I was honestly shocked how quick I was able to check in and how friendly everyone was. You don't always get both of those amazing qualities in one! I was even able to camp out in the waiting room with my computer to get some work done while I waited. I was even more shocked when my car was done in about half the time they'd quoted. The checkout was even quicker than checking in, too. There was also an office dog that popped up behind the counter to say hi. It was a cherry on top of a great service. I will definitely go back to them and tell all of my friends about them!

My windshield had a crack in it and they were able to get me in the day after I called. Super friendly service, and the windshield replacement looks great!!

Incredible service!Called a nationally known competitor after my window was smashed by a thief. The competitor told me it would be 8 days before they could fix it.Found Collision Auto Glass immediately after. They said they’d have to pick up the replacement window from a nearby dealer but they could fit me in 4 hours after my call.Showed up and was greeted at the door and they made sure I was setup with the WiFi while I waited. 30 minutes later they were done and I was out the door.Couldn’t have asked for a better way to subdue the stress of getting your car broken into.

Service was way cheaper than the place my insurance tried to get to me to use (by half!) and was also super quick. Got a hold of me in the morning, got the glass by noon, got it installed by 1:30. Very happy!

I was devastated when my 1970 Pontiac Lemans got hit by a rock in the windshield this morning. After checking pricing at a nationally known glass repair shop, I set out looking for a local alternative. Price at Collision Auto Glass was one-third what the other guys were quoting!! I took advantage of the no-appointment repair service and not only was the repair done in less than 20minutes from when I arrived, I can barely see where the chip was. Great work Collision team! If you go to the Portland location, be sure to ask to meet the shop dog, Bloo! What a sweetheart!Service: Auto windshield repair
